“This place is what hardware stores used to be. The crew here is incredibly friendly and actually knows their stuff. Every time I go in, someone asks if I need help and they genuinely mean it - not just pointing you to an aisle, but walking you through solutions.
Yeah, prices might be a bit higher than Home Depot or Lowe's, but I'll gladly pay the difference. At the big boxes you're wandering around forever trying to find someone, and when you do they have no clue. Here? They know exactly what you need and often suggest better solutions than what you came in for.
The team remembers customers and treats you like a neighbor, not a transaction. That matters. If you value actual expertise and friendly service over saving two bucks, this is your spot. Love this crew.”

“I had two stops to accomplish. Ace for some hardware & then to grocery store for chicken seasoning. I walk in & noticed some meat rubs on displayed & I checked to see if they had some seasonings. As I was looking, I was about to bypass the display & go get the hardware I needed when I noticed a huge section behind the display of all kinds of rubs, spices, & SEASONINGS, CHICKEN SEASONING to boot!! I got two things done in one stop, THANKS!!”
“Decent budget tools. I've been collecting the Bauer collection and not a single issue once. It's super cheap too to get a 1 or 3 year warranty for leave of mind. Ive used a lot of Milwaukee and tbh I prefer Bauer.”

“Rented a drum sander and an edge sander for my floors and most everything went very well. The reason for the 4 stars was the total costs of deposits and sand paper came up to $500+. They refund a good amount of it but the website should be even more clear of all the added costs and not tuck in the info in the small print. Also the bag had a hole and when I turned it on, it shot saw dust in my face and made a dusty mess of the house. The store was too far for me to return it for the amount of time I had to do the project.”
“I placed my order online but did call the store and spoke to someone about how long it might take to receive my chain hoist since it was not available in the store (shipped from the factory).
I got my answer that it might take 10 days to arrive. So I placed my order.”

“The Home Depot is the Home Depot! It is what it is. Most times, they have what you need. Prices are competitive. I would say, on average, that the sraff is reasonably knowledgeable and helpful. Good to check online for instock items before you come. I do business here regularly and don't have many complaints.”

“Rather embarrassing.... Ask 3 folks for help. The first guy told my it wasnt his section... But really tried to help. The 2nd guy was showing me wire polishing tools for metal for a Dewalt... After I asked him to help me find a tool for WOOD!! The 3rd guy stuck his finger up and told me to hold on and NEVER came back. So I left.

It's not a bad selection of plants. I would have liked to have seen more varieties of hanging baskets.
Want to know what would be fabulous? If they would have labeled which plants attracted bees ?
I didn't get her name, but the lady who checked me out was wonderful, I'd give her a 10 out of 10 in customer service.

“Caleb was so helpful and kind. He made my mom’s summer by cutting the bad ends off of these above ground cake step handrails and replacing it with pvc pipe. These handrails are no longer available!
