My son waited till the last min to take his uniform in for cleaning. They were able to have it cleaned and ready in 3 days. Amazing service every time we use them.

Great place to get a tux or a suit cleaned at! Quick and easy drop off, definitely will use H&L again in the future.

My husband and I have been using them for 2 years. The service is always friendly, our clothes are always done in a timely manner, and overall great customer service. Also I love being able to support local businesses :) P.s they are located in the same plaza as subway and southern paws dog grooming and spa next door to the BP gas station on Alabama HWY.

My dad left his suit here accidentally while in the middle of a move. He called them, confirmedit was there, paid for it over the phone, and asked them to hold it so I could pick it up. I went into the store and 'Rhonda' was very brusque and told me my dad's name was in the system, but he had no current invoices. I explained that I was wondering if since he already paid for it, if it wasn't showing up in the system as being there. I asked her with a pretty please (completely kindly!) if she could just physically go check the racks. She literally crossed her arms, glared at me and said "I know every piece in here and it's not here". What!?!? Are you kidding!? My dad PAID for that suit and they had just confirmed it was there! She wouldn't even check? She refused to take his name or a description of the suit. I confirmed with my dad I was at correct store, etc. The 'customer service' at this store was a joke. Rhonda was exceptionally rude and how does one not even check to see if it's there??? I was never rude with her while asking my request. This place is worthless as far as I'm concerned. It's in a tiny hole in a wall and doesn't even seem to do the cleaning there. I'm sure there have to be better dry cleaners in Ringgold than this place!
