Couldn't help me with a package I received that was not ours. Was redirected from an address in Kentucky. Finally, I was able to get Dalton, Ga. Office Depot to help try to resend the package to Kentucky

Every time this person delivers to my home she looks right at the sign that says ALL DELIVERIES TO THE FRONT DOOR… and yet she still chooses to leave the gigantic boxes at my back door so I have to get one of my neighbors to help me bring it around as I am handicap. She is lazy, inconsiderate and rude. I have made complaints about this to FedEx and it goes nowhere and achieves nothing.

This FedEx period. You call u have to fight a recording to get to a person. Fedx has got so cheap and uncustmer company. I can't even call a local store to get help because they are all attached to a 1800 number.
