Had these guys do a wheel swap, tire mount, balance and alignment 2 days ago. I didn't drive the vehicle much yesterday but today I noticed an abnormal sound when I was out and about driving. Since this was the last shop to deal with my vehicle I brought it back to them. After some time, the mechanic who performed the original work came in and told me he believed my axle was bad. Apparently this axle failure must have occurred inside the last 48 hours. Unfortunately, I was unable to get this fixed, as the shop was due to close within an hour and he said he did not have time. He then left, and a shop representative came and spoke to me and reiterated the same thing to me. We had a conversation about scheduling and I told the representative my vehicle had not made this abnormal sound prior to their shop working on it. He laughed at me. Literally. I am so disappointed. I had initially said good things about you guys... and to have you laugh at me is really insulting. I asked the representative if he was laughing at what I said or if he was laughing at me. He replied by telling me he was just trying to figure out the problem. I do not appreciate being disrespected. I easily could have given you a piece of my mind but I didn't. I am just trying to get my car fixed. There was no joke and no need for the laughter. Do better for the next guy.

I went to get a nail removed from tire. Said they couldn't get to it for 2 hours. Nice store and employees were nice and apologized

We are on the way from Atlanta to Nashville for a funeral.. 2 hours into our trip, the low tire pressure light came on again after we stopped to fill it up already. We pulled into the shop, explained the situation and the gentleman at the front desk got our car look at very quickly and explained it was just a bad sensor. So thankful! Their kindness meant a lot.

On a trip from FL to TN. Had tire issues & stopped here. Unfortunately needed new tires but we were in & out in under an hour. Great people, great service. Highly recommend!

It's Greased Lighting, been in business forever, or so it seems. Wouldn't take our car for service anywhere else. They get the work done as quick ? as humanly possible. Their work is guaranteed. I remember one time, our ? was promised but when we went to pick it up it wasn't ready so the owner took his visa card out and used it to rent us a car until our car was finished. Top that.

The technicians and owner are very friendly and professional. We had a leaking tire on our way to our vacation and they took care of it in less than an hour without an appointment. We couldn't be happier with the result.
