It is absolutely ridiculous that you go to a pharmacy and the pharmacy is closed, but the rest of the store is open. may as well. Just be a gas station.

Was in there to pick up some denture cleaner for the hubby. Noticed on line the price was 7.99 for the 120 count. When I asked the cashier why the store price was higher (9.49) was told in a rude tone that 7.99 price was only if it was ordered online. I could have done that and waited an hour to pick it up, but I was in the store and I would think cvs would price match what was online for their customer. Guess I was wrong! Guess I'll go somewhere else too.

We were forced to use CVS by our current insurance provider. I hated it from the beginning which has only been a few months. This pharmacy is the absolute worst that we have ever used. They don't do what they promise to do. Then fabricate lies in an attempt to hide their ineptitude. Just absolutely horrible. Publix pharmacy was and is so much better and far and away more dependable. I hope the whole CVS brand doesn't function this way throughout the country. If so it won't be long before they close their doors. Service like this for medications that are needed for the well being of people is absolutely unacceptable. I hope that this review is seen by management and swift action is taken to sure up the current way things are being handled.

The man who helped us was so nice and kind. He took my list and got my wellcare items. It was my first time using this benefit and he was very helpful even though he was busy.

I like this location of CVS. Enjoying that Care Pass plan. I take advantage of the Buy one get one deals. Used to like the clothes they carried. Now they aren't attractive. Still pricey.

This is my neighborhood cvs today I felt like the pharmacist that was on call today was very rude. I have never felt so disrespectful dealing with this CVS the whole 18 years of me living here.. I ask him for Avril Colde an Sinus ...i gave him my license which is a paper license because my license is on the way. He proceeded to say the system did not recognize my license to try back in 5 minutes. I said OK so do you want me to try back in 5 minutes he said I don't know, The system is statewide and it monitors this brand. I said OK the lady from the back had to step in because she understood that he was being rude too and said that it recognizes paper licenses because she has done it several times... it means that the system is down statewide , it had nothingto do with me .. I asked him to ring up my other item... Which he did...I said thank you for your help and he walked off... didn't saying you welcome or anything. I feel like that was very rude and disrespectful for you to be a person that claims to help...

4825 Battlefield Parkway CVS. Very disappointed. Made appointments for my 3 children's 1st and 2nd vaccine shots. The 1st appointment went just as expected. However, upon arrival for our 2nd shot at our appointed time, 4pm, we find out that an appointment really means nothing. 5 people just walked in, with no appointment, so we wait. What is the point in making an appointment? It was not honored. Noone even apologized. Oh well. Who cares about customer service anymore?Oh, "Schedule your vaccine ahead of time so you can get out faster." Our appointment was at 4pm. They got their shots at 4:43pm. Not what I consider 'getting out faster'.

I went today to pick up supplies for my husband, who was tested today for COvid. This CVS is right down the road from the health department, so one would think they would exercise safety measures to protect customers from COvid exposure. I was amazed at how lax they were. Many customers did not have masks on. I went in long checkout line and manager came to open extra register. When he left area, he came right up to me with his mask around his chin to solicit me to buy a care pass. I imagine he is around a lot of customers in there who have covid (they do covid testing there and the line goes right through the store). Employee checking me out also had his mask down so his nose wasn’t covered. This is not a place to go if you wear a mask and wish others did as well. I have a mother I care for who is vulnerable so I have a real need to not be exposed. Won’t be giving them any more business!

I ordered a calendar for my wife for a mother’s gift. Went to pick it up and they didn’t have it ready. Then I told my wife about it, so we both went into the store and sat down and re ordered a calendar with pictures she wanted in the calendar. Later they said the order was ready so I went in the next day and they said “ohh we don’t make those calendars anymore” Then why make it an option!! So unprofessional and unhelpful. Thanks for ruining my wife’s first Mother’s Day.
