Tried to get a price on a prescription and the person on the phone would not help me at all. Said they didn’t have it in stock, fine. Didn’t need it today. Wouldn’t run my insurance to see what it would cost. Acted completely irritated that I called to ask questions. Couldn’t tell me if they took my insurance (it says cvs Caremark on the front of my card…???) Told me the cash price was almost $100/mo while it’s only $13/mo down the road. Told her I would just pay out of pocket and stay with my current pharmacy and she replied “sounds good” and hung up without saying anything else. Just wow. I guess they rely on people needing medications to let customer service be this rude and unhelpful. No thank you.

My insurance company was not going to pay for a prescription till 2 days after my first prescription ran out. Not knowing what to do, the tech suggested that I buy 2 days worth to hold over till I can get my full prescription minus 2. I appreciate all CVS pharmacy workers have done for me.

The ladies up front are the rudest people I've ever encountered in a public service setting. This is a constant pattern of rudeness as well. Not just a bad day. They act like you are a total inconvenience. You better not ask a question or they will talk to you like you're a 3 year old. Terrible place. Pharmacist is legit and is the only one that seems to care. Go elsewhere is what I'm doing and what I recommend.

Picking up prescriptions always takes WAY too long. It’s very inconvenient. I think they are understaffed.

Worst customer service experience in my life. Made me feel like I was trash! Remember now why I left them years ago. Ashley was her name. Went to pick up my prescriptions, she asked if I wanted all 3. Told her I only called in 2. She rolled her eyes and scoffed. Rudely said again their were 3. Told her I didn't want the sensor. Paid and left. Won't be going back. Would rather pay more and treated like a human being. I am well known in my community and this will be very damaging to your business. Sorry you have to hire people like her. Would give negative stars if option was available

Truly accommodating CVS Pharmacy! Excellent pharmacist, patient and thorough staff. Was traveling through during a road trip and needed last minute medication for one of my children filled, they had no problem, were very prompt and made sure to asssit me as best as they could

Leaving one star just to post this review. Scheduled an appointment for my son with the pharmacist online, only to find out when we arrive for the appointment it's been canceled. Despite the blatantly rude and condescending behavior of the pharmacy tech I had the pleasure of dealing with, she told me his insurance wouldn't cover his vaccine until he was 19, which was why the appointment was canceled. Really? Wow. Thanks for letting us know and acting like it's a complete inconvenience when I say we wish to keep the appointment and just pay out of pocket ($120 something dollars). We ended up leaving before we saw the pharmacist. I decided to call the local health department and found out, not only can my son get the vaccine for free (from the health dept), when I told her about the insurance not covering my son until he's 19, she said she'd never in her history of working as a medical professional heard of such nonsense. Interesting. Obviously going to check with my son's insurance. Do better CVS.

Arrived at 8:00pm to pick up a prescription after a ready text was sent to me, stood at the clunter for a couple minutes, and the lady at the pharmacy register yelled nastily that THEY ARE CLOSED. WE ARE CLOSED. CLOSED SIR. My presence was never acknowledged before being screamed at. This pharmacy crew has got to be the most horrible I have experienced.

This place is terrible if you want to end up in the hospital get your meds here the pharmacy employees trys to lie there way out of every mistake they make. They want to say the meds isn't ready until the following day after driving all the way there so we pick up what's ready and talk to all the employees behind the counter then after we left the meds that they said was to early to get was supposed to be ready and they tried to tell me that I did not just pick up meds that it don't show I picked up any meds remind you I have the meds I just picked up in my hand while talking to them it all boils down to they closed in 45 min and did not want to do any work so they could hurry up and close after telling me it's to early to pick them up instead of helping me fix there mess up the said they could send it to a 24hr cvs so they could close this place needs shut down before they lie to another customer and they die or end up in hospital from a mistake they made and tell them that they are closing and has to wait until the next day when they should have done there job right the first time and do there job and have the meds ready that they said was ready I'm going to do a story on this place because this is not the first time or the first person this happen to I will not stop until this place is all over news and social media

I was from out of town. Walgreens across the street were no help.I came to the RX needing a med filled right away. Erin was very helpful listened to my frustration with Walgreens. Was willing to call my doctors office in Washington state. Erin had my med filled in 45 min. All the staff was very helpful when I picked up the med. Way to go Erin. Thanks again.

Don’t waste your time ordering at the pharmacy. My wife called about a medicine they said they would fill it in an hour , came back , the lady said we don’t have that but we got no call no voicemail , extremely unorganized.Also very rude.

Come in on 2/7/23 @7:30 pm to pick up medication. Workers in the pharmacy are rude as hell. The girl working the drive thru window is being smart with everyone she has spoken to at the window. She will yell across the back area out the window. Texting on the phone as well. The male was at the register when I walked up just gave the name on the prescription and rudely says it’s not ready without looking (even though a message was sent saying it was ready). I hope HR does something about these two. I can say past experiences aren’t the best either with workers in the pharmacy at this location.

I have only had a couple of good interactions with a couple of the employees in the pharmacy at the Ringgold location. Most of the time they're rude acting like anyone that needs their help is an inconvenience. One girl that works there that is young with curly hair is never courteous. I waited to hand her a script one day while she was on the computer at the drop off window, she never acknowledged me or told me she would be with me in a minute. When she finally helped me I told her "thank you so much" and I got "yeah" from her. Not to mention the whole cvs chain can't seem to ever have my meds in stock. Next doctor appointment my script will go to a different pharmacy and I will not go in that store again.
