This is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. I handed them my prescription and asked them to confirm they had it in stock. They said they did but it would take 2 hours to fill. So I waited for 2 hours. Went to pick up my Rx and she told me they don't have it in stock. Thanks so much for wasting my entire day. I had to take off work for this incompetency. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs.

Horrible customer service, unbelievably slow. Put up with it for years until I had enough and switched to Walgreens. I'm floored with the difference in service and wait times. What took 3 hours at CVS is 15 mins at Walgreens. And they don't hassle you the way CVS does. They refused to fill a prescription I had right after leaving a 3 day stay and surgery in the hospital, went to Walgreens no problem.

Terrible pharmacy. Mismanaged and scattered. Unable to fill simple scripts in a timely fashion. Do not go to this pharmacy. It WILL ruin your day. Go down the road to Price Ringgold Drug.

My hormone prescription was filled with a faulty batch from the manufacturer. That was not the pharmacy's fault. I showed the product to the pharmacist and he told me I had to call the manufacturer to get a replacement. He would not even look up their phone number for me. The manufacturer provided a case number and told me to talk to the pharmacist to exchange the prescription. Unfortunately the inventory on hand was from the same batch that my original prescription was fille
