Love it. I am rarely disappointed. Their prices on Rx drugs is way better than most pharmacies. ADDENDUM: also, most of their price have remained reasonable during the corporate greed season we are living through! 8/23 Yes, still love them. Well greedflasion has reached here to. Smaller packages and higher prices. Isn't it amazing how fast a place changes with a new CEO and their philosophy.

I agree with everyone complaining about the tire department. I waited 1 hrs and vehicle was still out at the parking lot. I asked for my keys back. All was said to me was that I void the warranty of the tires if I go to discount tires. oh well ... I had a small nail in the tire. I'm going to Discount tire get it repaired.

Carlos from Elite Installation installed our stovetop, and went above and beyond! It didn't fit due to measurements being off, and we needed it installed badly, or have no stove. He was able to take some extra time and get it installed for us! I can't say enough about how great this was! It was that or send it back and wait for a different one. Carlos, thank you!

I'm a Costco member for over 10 years ,but late experience made me think about switching to Sam's club. I made an online purchase, and I was not notified that my delivery had been canceled. No text no email with explanation. I had to contact Costco logistics department myself as the regular customer service is just a an answering machine and they were only able to put me on schedule again only for the next Tuesday, almost a week later than I anticipated. And there is no assurance that I will get it this time. I already took time off work to be present, and I had plans for this item over the weekend, but now I have to take additional time off work and change my plans. Customer service was horrible, there was even no apology for what happened.

Their Pharmacy doesn't honor a discount card one month but does the next and then dont again the next. The discount card actually says Costco on it and everything???

I'm a new Costco member. While I was checking out, I discovered that you don't accept MasterCard credit cards. That's a very inconvenient policy that makes me not want to return.

I would’ve have rated it a five but I bought chicken salad from the deli and wasted $15 . It was so gross . It had no flavor it was slimy and it had a rubber texture.
