I was visiting my daughter and decided to buy lots of food for her and my grandchildren before I left. she said costco was the place to go. I was amazed at the products and prices and spent almost $400. everything was good until check out time. the cashier was horrible. he said I could not pay for my daughters groceries so I replied that we would put it all back and shop somewhere else. of course he didn't want that to happen. then I turned to my daughter and spoke to her upon which he started screaming that I swore and swearing is not allowed in the store! he proceeded to loudly announce that he was a Christian and I was disrespecting him! needless to say I have never in my life witnessed such a horrible display of customer service. I did speak with the manager on duty and he was very supportive and said he would handle it!

I purchased my Jabra hearing aids at the Hoover, Al Costco. Wonderful experience and reasonable price for an excellent product.

Costco is always well stocked, wide variety, organized, clean and friendly service! It also has a wonderful fresh produce section. And, finally, trying all the free samples!

Upon signing in the staff was amazing. It was packed yet you were still able to shop with ease. The prices are great- definitely worth the membership and I love all the perks that come with it.

Even on a very busy weekend right before Christmas you can count on Costco to have all hands on deck. The place was packed today but they were very organized and had two people per register and extra helped at the self checkout to keep the lines moving. I love many things here including the meat, stuffed peppers as well as the cheeses and salami packs.

The self checkout is very efficient & quick. There's always someone to help if needed. Their products are of good quality. The hearing aid center is wonderful & the hearing aids are less expensive & are great! The support is wonderful.

Saturday crowded as expected. Used the self-checkout but for some reason the monitor required someone to log in on the screen before I could pay. There was only one attendant, and a number of the self-service kiosks were flashing as needing help. She did not help people in the order they requested (3 people were helped even though their request came after mine. So had to wait a long time. We mentioned that to her so she would know and also tried to understand why she had to check us out. She was busy and rude and did not even talk to us. I have been going to Costco for ages and even purchased tires there knowing service would be slow. However, I recently purchased a Sam's card and they were not only helpful but also allowed me to use their app to check out without going through the checkout line.

It's busy here this morning with the aftermath of the gas pipeline hack and all. The attendant here indicated that people freaked out about the gas pipeline hack for two days. It's settled down a little bit today, after the ransom was paid to the hackers. Gas is $2.45/gallon, not bad.Went to check to see if we can pick up more snacks, but the lines were pretty long.The mask mandate in the store was lifted for folks that have already been vaccinated, following the CDC recommendations. I'll still be cautious and wear them anyways.

We are coming up to our one year mark where it's time to renew, so we made the drive into Georgia to see if there was anything we needed. When we went to checkout, we went through the self checkout area and a lady was standing by the register. I showed her my card and she rang everything up. When it was time to pay, my husband pulled his credit card out and went to swipe it. She stopped him and asked if he was a member. I said yes, but she said show me your card. First off we are married, we are on the same account. But he took it out of his wallet and showed her. She made him show him the picture on the back to verify it was truly his card. We thought this was crazy, I as a member should be able to come in with any one I want. As we were leaving, the man at the door had his back to us talking to another crew member. We walked by, as we didn't think it was important to stop and wait for their conversation to end and he chased us out the door to look at our receipt. I don't know what's going on with their customer service, but they don't make us feel welcomed. We won't be renewing our membership another year.
