“Not as expensive as other car washes. You vacuum and wipe down the inside of your car. They have spray and towels for your windows and dash. They do not have a rug cleaner.”

“Brilliant place to wash your car! I honestly don’t think I’ve been to a better self serve car wash before and we have tested many over the years!
Everything worked smoothly, easy to get quarters for the vacuum, which was super strong and powerful. Extra towels and what nots are available for purchase if you need. There’s an automatic car wash if you want..
I recommend coming here on a sunny day because you can fully enjoy the sunlight and bright skies as you wash your car in the open fresh air. You will get it done much faster and with more fun than you could at home so I think the price is worth it. Our five year old had the best time helping me and learned how to shampoo, scrub and rinse the car. Overall rather than a horrible chore I had been avoiding for too long, this turned out into a fun outdoors event for me and my son! I couldn’t be happier and will definitely be back!”

“It says 3$ on the little screen but cost me 10$ for 8 minutes. I wish it was easier to understand how much I was paying for or to select a different amount of time.
Besides that it is very easy to use, switches whenever you press each button very quickly, bring multiple people to help to make it go fast and efficient. Would come back but probably with coins because maybe then it would be 3$? Not sure why it says to insert 12 coins”
“I would give five stars, but the Ooltewah location Is always closed. 3rd time this week I have tried to use it but there are cones up before 6pm. Does this location close earlier than Internet states? Am I missing something?”

If you had gone to Pals Car Spa you would had know that all tire shine is applied by hand and the wheels are always hand cleaned to make sure the wheels are perfect! Every Vehicle is hand brushed in the front for bugs and grime and the backs are brushed for dirt where the tunnel wraps may miss for example around the license plate and other areas. Every vehicle that exits the tunnel is checked over to make sure it leaves perfect!!!!!

“Normally this is my go-to quick wash because it is reasonably priced and usually does a good job. I really enjoy that it has tap-to-pay. The vacuums are free with the car wash and are a good strength to clean the inside well. However, during my last visit and my sister's last visit on a different night, we both experienced a strong sewer smell during the wash, particularly at the beginning. Hopefully this can be remedied soon and it will get back to its normal quality.”
