I love this place. I've been a customer for years. Rents are reasonable and the staff is incredibly helpful and polite. If you live in Ringgold and need storage this should be the first place you check out.

Will not give a star or a good word about the place very small for the high price . We rented it on Friday and rain kept us from moving our stuff to the location . We go back on Sunday and open unit and find that the back wall has water running down it an the wooden partition wall is wet about 14/16" up the wall . Truthfully with that kind of issue there very well could be black mold . I have tried numerous times to call and go over there today during said business hours and nobody is there or won't return in calls .

Honestly would not give them a star went by an called and never there durning business hours never return phone calls as i was lookong to rent a storage unit.

Rude owner.. Small storage rooms & high prices.. Also the storage rooms in the very back dont have enough surveillance.. No fencing around the facility.. I would go I would go somewhere else.
