I can't stand this store. The rude smart behind lady in the store makes me loathe it even more. They can do nothing to help with orders or bills. I have no idea why they exist.

I was having problems receiving calls on my phone. Literally spent hours on phone and in store trying to resolve issue all to no avail. Luckily for me after only a few minutes Josh was able to figure what the problem was and fixed my phone. I was about ready to say forget it when he figured out the problem. Thank you so much Josh at the Rincon store.

Evidently an employee helped themselves to an iPad and put it on my tab. I’d been paying for it for 2.5 years before discovering it. Always had bill on autopay. Customer service removed it from my account, gave me $240 credit, and apologized for the trouble. I’ve been a loyal customer for 9 years.

Staff does the best they can but there's never enough people in the store. Having said that, the people at the Rincon store are very knowledgeable and helpful.

I switched networks to be back with Verizon, so glad I did! Thomas was super helpful with helping me and my husband consolidate our phone plans and picking out a new phone. There was another woman in there who was very friendly towards us as well. Definitely recommend visiting this location if you’re with Verizon.

Alan at the Rincon location was everything I needed for a customer service specialist. My son went to the Pooler location earlier today to file a claim on his phone and was only proceeded with up sale “help.”

Verizon has purchased Tracfone...went in to ask about memory card for new Samsung tracfone...would not even talk to me because we have no Verizon account!!? No help at all!! And they sell samsung phones!!

Verizon prepay pretty decent service so far it can be a bit slow in my area sometimes but much better then net 10 service I had.

The lady manager was not very friendly and helpful . She seemed to be very impatient with my questions about my purchase . I don’t work there of course she shouldn’t assume that I know what she’s talking about . When I said that can you do it for me o don’t k ow she said I’m not touching your phone rudely . And when I told her that when I purchased the item over the phone they told me the store can help me set up she said immediately you can return the phone if you don’t want it . Poor customer service from this manager
