Evidently an employee helped themselves to an iPad and put it on my tab. I’d been paying for it for 2.5 years before discovering it. Always had bill on autopay. Customer service removed it from my account, gave me $240 credit, and apologized for the trouble. I’ve been a loyal customer for 9 years.

Staff does the best they can but there's never enough people in the store. Having said that, the people at the Rincon store are very knowledgeable and helpful.

I switched networks to be back with Verizon, so glad I did! Thomas was super helpful with helping me and my husband consolidate our phone plans and picking out a new phone. There was another woman in there who was very friendly towards us as well. Definitely recommend visiting this location if you’re with Verizon.
