Worst customer service ever from Shawn at this Rincon location. Acts like it is an inconvenience for him to do his job. Has an attitude and reeks of marijuana. Do better!!!

Crammed package into mail slot to the point where it's stuck in mail box, they took the report and are in process of "investigating" instead of sending someone out to correct the problem, had to dislodge item myself so I can continue to get mail. Needless to say the item is ruined.... meanwhile, they are still "investigating." Found them to be pitiful!

It’s one of god’s cruelest jokes that they still call this a public service and not a public inconvenience. This branch is a testament to this truth as the most inconvenient place to be on earth second to the center of an active volcano. I have been to DMV’s more efficient than this. For the love of god and yourself, if you have an option other than here go there.

Delivery person refused to put a package over my fence saying it was because of my dogs. I understand his fear of dogs but continues to argue with me and threatened to " hold my mail". He wouldn't shut up long enough for me to explain alternative ways, like the other gate. I have a hard time getting around, as he could clearly see. His behavior and attitude towards me
was unacceptable. No one else has had a problem. Thanks for your time

Worst service ever!!! The heavy black lady with the small dreads is rude and very disrespectful. I had an appointment for my passport and I accidently printed the wrong paperwork for my child's passport. I did notify her that I needed the correct one and asked if I could have the correct one so i can obviously fill it out. Needless to say she was being a know it all ''well your son needs a passport so you need to fill one out'' - YOU DON'T SAY!! I was calm and collective, because I was not going to get down to her level.. This is the worst customer service! If you guys can refrain from coming here.

I had to go to 6 neighbors homes to find my package after notice of delivery said it was on or near my porch. They delivered and put the package at a home that clearly says 999 while mine is 1003. I guess it was near my porch...1/4 mile away

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Heaven forbid you guys ever stop loosing our mail…and now we have missing money that was suppose to be delivered. You guys are horrible at your job and have horrible customer service.

Rudest people I’ve encountered since moving to the south, especially the guy but the lady wasn’t none too friendly either! If you hate your job so much get a new one, don’t work in customer service!

Post office has no supplies, is dirty and the employees are sarcastic and act like the customers are an inconvenience. And....our taxes pay for this.
