Being a first time mom, I was so anxious and nervous when I had to drop my daughter off to daycare for the first time. Mrs. Enoch, the director, and all of her teachers have been nothing less than extraordinary. They not only have treated my daughter with love and care, but me as well. They all understand that I am a first time mom and have so much grace and patience. The teachers have long hours, but always seem to have a smile on their faces. This was the best decision for my daughter. She has learned so many new skills, words, morals, manners and beliefs. She comes home happy everyday because of the sweet treachers that impact her life. We’ve been here for a couple of years now, and I couldn’t be happier. It’s like a family! Thank you TLC!

I was so nervous putting my 1 year old daughter in daycare but I have got to say that I am so happy I chose this daycare. Mrs. Enoch, who is the director, is so professional and friendly. This was the best decision for my daughter. She has learned so much and she comes home everyday with new skills. She is now 2 and sometimes she doesn't want to leave. My daughter loves Mrs. Enoch and her teacher Ms. Vicky. I am so pleased and would highly recommend.! Best daycare in Effingham. I have gotten so many compliments on how advanced my daughter is and how much she has learned.

This is a very great childcare center. My son loved it. He is a crier when it is time to part ways with my husband and I which is normal for his age but every morning when he would get dropped off at Teach, Love and Care he would be so happy to go and would walk right in. I felt good about dropping him off at this center every day. Unfortunately we have to relocate but I would definitely recommend this center to anyone.

I have been using them since my first son was 3 who is 6 now . I also have 2 other that go there and they love it. Sometimes I have to fight my kids to bring them home because they want to stay. I would recommend them

They were not very good with cleanliness and they were very negligent. One of the teachers left a pair of her scissors on my son’s desk and he cut himself so bad he needed stitches. He was only 2.

I love it here. My son felt right at home. It is very clean and the Director is very courteous and Accommodating. I have many small craft products that my one year has completed which are awesome memories. I would recommend this place. :)

My 18m old son flourished here as soon as I switched him to this daycare. The staff is always friendly and the director is always sweet and professional if there is anything you need. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

This Daycare is absolutely the best daycare.When I move to effingham and found out Ms.Enoch was the director I knew then my kids was in great hands.When I walk in and seen her face I was so at ease having to work 30min away moving in a new environment and having to leave my kids with people I didn't know had me over the edge..The Best Director, clean daycare and wonderful caregivers.

Ms Enoch reminds me of a mother hubbard. She has so many children she loves them all equally and greets them all with a smile. I love her spirit and her dedication to the care and well being of the children. I am very fortunate to call her my nephew and neice daycare momma.
