Worst experience ever there was no one there at all but us when we walked in and they all stared looked at me and my son like we were aliens off the street they just stared at us like we were in the wrong place or something no hello no hey just sign in on the kiosk very Stern like. She asked me what I wanted and i showed her a picture she said okay started cutting and went and pretty much cut off all my son's hair off. I wanted it long doesn't look anything like the picture horrible he was crying after we left. Everything was horrible they didn't even say goodbye or nothing or thanks for the tip or anything worse experience ever!!!! I will never ever ever go back or tell anyone to go there everrrrr!!! Now my son has to start his first day of middle school like this. My son doesn't talk so he said nothing and they acted like I couldn't stand with him. And really all she had to do was the picture i showed her. I left a tip because im not rude or mean like them. And didnt want to cause a seen.

Highly recommend this location for a haircut. Incredible staff and exceptional customer service. Cole the manager did a fantastic job with my fade and beard trim. It’s very evident he genuinely cares about his customers. Highly recommend.

Preface: about a year since my last haircut and beard trim. Wild, long, untamed beard and long hair. Hesitant on finding a new barber.
I'll begin with saying I made an appointment at another establishment, waited 30 minutes over my appointment time while listening to the stylists gripe and complain and catch attitudes with the ones before me. I left. I arrived at Sport Clips and was warmly greeted and had a much better atmosphere. I was taken back with 15 minutes of walking in without an appointment. Ms. Ella was personable and friendly. Bless her for taking on the challenge I brought her! I LOVED the fact that when it came to shaping my beard she was honest and forthcoming about not having the most experience with beards. Cole? Colt? Provided assistance in taming the beast, explaining new techniques and education for both of us.
The friendliness, honesty, teamwork, and skill set have earned my repeat business. I have found my new stylist!

I arrived 15 minutes before they close hoping to get a quick haircut done to my son and I was stopped at the door and told they were closed. Here I am leaving a review when technically they're still open for 10 more minutes but I'm out in the car because they didn't even ask what I needed done to even find out if it was something quick or not. Poor customer service and very poor advertising. Do not have advertised yourself as accepting walk-ins when you don't.

The barbers are very pleasant and do a great job at cutting your hair. Wait times are normally very short if any as I went straight to a chair upon arrival.

I didn’t realize how bad it was until I got home. They might can cut other styes but don’t go in here and ask for a fade. I would have respected it if she said she didn’t know how to “fade”. Had to go pay another $25 to get it fixed.

I've come here multiple times and I have always had a great experience! I typically check-in ahead of time on the Sport Clips website, which is really nice because it shows you the wait time ahead of time so you don't have to wait in the lobby for your turn. All of the stylists I have seen have been very friendly and I always get compliments on the haircuts that they do!Service: Haircut

Still only one person working on a Saturday. Never the same ppl. There must be a reason they can't keep staff. Love sport clips. Unfortunately, don't love the one in Rincon. Time to find a new place.

!!!You guys messed up my son's hair !!! He has a line all the way around and his bangs are completely gone. You were given TWO pictures and told not to cut his bangs. Because of the blonde chick ! We have to put off family pictures. How? I don't understand? You were given detailed instruction! My son is crying and I'm livid. Left 2 photos are what you did and right photo is what I did 3 months ago and I did not go to school for hair... A fade and leave the top is simple.
