I went to the one in Rincon on May 10, 2025 and the ladies was acting funny. I'm n African American woman. When I asked what was in some of the relaxers they said they didn't know and blew me off. I found one box and showed them and again they blew me off. Very bad customer service. I'm one unhappy customer

Honestly nick was the most helpful and kindest person I’ve met at Sally’s and honestly knew a lot about hair products and what to get and not get very thankful. I recommend him when he is working.
