I took my car in a year and a half ago for a new compressor and condenser. They kept my car for 2 weeks and overcharged me for $2500 all in. I have still had major ac problems since, and trustworthy mechanics have told me the compressor certainly isn’t new. Now, this compressor has completely gone out and I would never recommend anyone take their car to the S&P mechanics. They will rob you and not even fix the issue. PLEASE do not give them your business. Hope this helps :)))

I have taken two vehicles to them in the past month. They are really nice people that has answered every question i had. I also had each vehicle back in a timely manner with everything fixed and running great!

Used to work there inside story it ain't what you think five Star ratings are fake they do not want to do what is right I also worked at the one in Richmond Hill where the so-called manager Mike Lent stoled over $2,000 worth of tools from me these people ain't honest Even through by law s&p automotive is responsible for my tools do not trust these people

Had serious issue with my GMC. It lost power. I'm a hotshot driver and had searched the area around Savanna and across the SC state line. Luckily, they were able to get me in and wasted no time checking the truck. Raul,the manager, explained the problem and got me back on the road. (Within a few hours) He was nice, very knowledgeable, and answered all my questions concerning previous issues I'd had. I would definitely come back and refer S&P to others.

Right as the holiday weekend started to unfold my car (of course) decided the brakes should lock up. Luckily I was literally across the street from the shop. So I called Ms. Vicki (who is an absolute gem) and she told me to bring it on over and they'd take a look at it.I, unfortunately, needed quite a few things to be done but they got all of the necessary things done in a DAY! Their prices were fair, they didn't try to do all kinds of unnecessary things, and it was fine so quickly. I couldn't believe it. Everyone there was super friendly and very knowledgeable.My car is running fantastic and i couldn't be more please! They definitely have a customer for life! Thanks S&P!!!

Extremely fast turn around time and very nice staff. Was with a group of people visiting from out of town and we had a battery light come on in one of our cars. Called SP automotive at 10am on a Friday. They got us in and where able to diagnose and have the vehicle repairs in a few hours so. So thankful for their fast service.Service: Auto maintenance

They KNOW my car and have always corrected/fixed the issue at hand. They lay the cards out on the table, letting you know the problem, price and the time it will take... havent been dissapointed. S&P is reliable.

Lied multiple times stating a car would be ready 2 weeks after the date after having the car for 2 weeks… still nothing will be the last time I bring a car here!!!! Horrible service

I told the lady working there to order me a part and let me know when it came in and she never called. She didn't act like she wanted my business from the get go.
