I have visited a few times and service has always been great!!! Robbie is always very helpful in answering all of my questions. This last time I visited I wasn’t able to get the full service I needed that particular day and Robbie even gave me a print out of my quote so I would know exactly what I was paying for when I returned. I highly recommend you go check them out!!

Spoke to Robbie on the phone. When got to the place, should have just asked for Robbie by name. This guy helped me out with my Honda warranty due to a run around by Honda and everyone else. Appreciate the time and help. Robbie gets 5 stars but Rutland gets 4 due to when i walked in, 2 other employees very quickly said “we don’t do that”, blah blah blah, without even checking….. which they are a rep for that particular warranty so they do it.

Rutland did a fantastic job. They got me in quick to fix a tire leak and I was on my way very quickly. I might add it was before the lunch hour and I could have been waiting for technicians to finish lunch. But that's not what happened. Thanks Rutland!

Robbie and Sarah are amazing. My tire blew out and these two stayed after hours to make sure my spare got on and my tire was ordered for the next morning. Will always recommend and the weather was extremely ugly. Customer Service superb.

I came in around 9am on Thursday to get my car looked at. I did call first and was told to just bring it in bc they do not take appointments. I get there and was told there would be a $130 diagnostic fee and to bring it back on TUESDAY with zero explanation. No appointment for Tuesday (as they do not take appointments) just come back 5 days later. Needless to say I have an appointment at another shop today at 3. Absymal customer service.

Needed a trailer tire mounted that I could not get done myself. Stopped by Rutland to see if it was something they could do. They said they would have it done before close of business. I used their bathroom to wash my hands and by the time I was back outside, my tire was finished. That was quick, friendly service.
