I've been with this bank longer than I really care to admit. And unfortunately it has only gotten much worse. But today was the last straw, when I called to check why my direct deposit hadn't went through yet ( usually already in my account before I ever make it to work) to which one of the ladies informed me they were having issues with direct deposits, "ok, can you give me any information on when my money will be available to me?" Her: " No I'm sorry, we don't have a time you're funds will be available" with the most unapologetic attitude. This place does not care one bit about it's customers. Pay close attention to the rating this place has unfortunately it's way more generous than what it should be. Do better. I'll be taking my money elsewhere.

I have 3 business accounts here. Had ATMs in my businesses until we found out there was a $500 monthly fee. We disconnected the ATMs and notified the bank and were still charged for 2 more months at 1 of my businesses accounts. It's now been 1 month and nobody has called me back or helped with my situation. I've called 4 times and left messages and the person Tori or Tina is always out. I have 3 business accounts with yall and nobody can help me. Smh. This is not a good look, charging your customers a grand for no reason and ignoring all their calls. Fix it!!

Do not trust your money with this bank, if you have a breech with your security or have unauthorized purchases on your account, they will not help you what so ever, they will not alert you about suspicious activity on your account either, they will just add fees on top of it.When one of my cash app accounts was hacked and connected to a business and I was put into the negatives, they said they couldn’t even file a dispute or report it since it was a third party, okay fine, but then I asked if my overdraft fees could at least be refunded and it took over 2 weeks just to get a yes or a no answer, ignoring my calls, not returning my voicemails, promising me they will contact the manger to find out and call me back immediately the same day just for me to be left hanging for another week. Manager didn’t call me back until I called the 24/7 customer service and explained everything to them after dealing with this for over 2 weeks, They did finally refund me one of the fees just in order for me to close my account but were very rude. They stated they are a business that has to make money as well and can’t afford to refund me the overdraft fees they charged for the unauthorized payments and they told me that’s what I get for making online purchases and basically being reckless, although it was actually an issue with someone stealing my identity.I also had another issue a couple years ago where a business was taking out a monthly charge from my card and when I reached out to them they said I would have to contact my bank to cancel the transactions and when I did, Renasant said there was nothing they could do and I should remember to cancel my free trails if I don’t want to pay the monthly subscriptions if I don’t want to keep them although that wasn’t the issue AT ALL. I had to get a whole new debit card…

Worst experience with a bank! There is also an issue.. cash funds that dont get accredited to your account. The waiting area is always empty (which should of been a sign)but somehow you wait forever! And don't even think if you need to talk to the branch manager. Her door is always shut and she's unavailable. So if you have a problem your out of luck

The lady at the back desk (don't recall her name), just that she has been in “banking 28 years”, Was condescending and quite rude. My mom has been in the hospital over a month.and my dad has dementia. I was told to get a power of attorney to gain access to my moms account so I can pay her and my dads doctors bills and FEED him. Did all that, got together witnesses, found a notary to come to the hospital and signed all documents. I took all this in and still got rejected by their "legal team". So now I must get a loan (not them) to feed my father and buy his meds. Thanks Renasant Bank.
