I took my car here a few months ago to have my ac compressor and all components replaced. I purchased my own parts myself. They must not have liked that because they charged me extra. They had my car for 3 weeks. They severed my underglow light wires and then zip tied the wires to a hose under the hood. I wanted to give it a little while before I reviewed but my compressor is doing the exact same thing it was doing when I brought my car to them. It started doing the same thing about a month after the sevice. Its blowing hot when every single part was supposedly completely replaced and the mechanic confirmed that it was indeed the compressor. Every time I called for a status check on my car I was either ignored or treated like a nuisance. Finally when I pulled up to find out exactly what the problem was, they acted like they were clueless. The shop is a disgusting mess and I'm sure the people working there couldn't pass a drug screen. Do not let them touch your vehicle.
Edit: upon inspection we found that they actually stole my new compressor and never installed it. The old compressor is still in. They put in all of the components which is why it probably worked for a little while. The old compressor had a bad leak so my guess is they applied a temporary fix to get me out of their hair. Drug fiends!!!

This place has the worst customer service ever, from the moment I brought my car here. It started by me calling and checking on my vehicle and they barely answered there phones, also when they did they seem frustrated that I was calling and they told me not to keep calling when I called only twice because I was trying to pay through a warranty company that was trying to pay them, they gave me nothing but attitude and did not communicate like they were supposed too, to me or the warranty company I had paying Never again will I come back there, or recommend that place to anyone.Service: Engine repair

I ran over a lost bumper on the freeway and was concerned about damage. They took only a day to check and passed a no serious damage. But they found the thermostat was faulty. Replaced it and I was off and running again.Thanks R and RSherry Z.

The WORST customer service I have EVER had!!!!! The owner is BEYOND RUDE...I have never!!!! And unorganized is an understatement!! I would rather pay more some where else than pay this man 1 penny!!!!! Needless to say, I did not leave my car to get a simple oil change. Aside from the terrible customer service, it is like a maze to get in and out of the parking lot with all the appearing to be broken down vehicles covered in dust and cobwebs that are parked in random places everywhere...for example in the dead middle of the driveway. Do better.

I absolutely love this place! When other places told me it would be months they got me in that day! Prices can't be beat! Friendly great people in the office and shop. Randy and Rhondas Automotive was INCREDIBLE! I rolled into the parking lot incredibly close to closing time with a 6" bolt in my tire. They took my car in and patched my tire, after I had tried two other places. By far these guys are the best and have scored a return customer out of me.

I wish I could give this business a NEGATIVE score. THESE ARE THE LAZIEST AND MOST INCOMPETENT MECHANICS I HAVE EVER HAD THE MISFORTUNE OF DEALING WITH. I took my hybrid in for a simple battery install six months ago, and it is still at their shop. While installing the new battery, he fried the computer, and now I have a WORTHLESS hybrid needing even more repairs. I wouldn't even let these guys attempt to repair my lawnmower. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS unless you want to be screwed!!
