Paul's Automotive is the best! The customer service is outstanding. They will go out of their way to make sure you are happy and satisfied with the work done. They will make sure you get the best price for the services provided. The guys in the garage are very knowledgeable and do excellent work. I have taken my car to other places in Rincon and the surrounding area, and I can say with confidence now that I have been to Paul's Automotive I won't be going anywhere else. Big shoutout to to Joey--whatever you need he will take care of you.

Was traveling down to Florida when my starter gave out. Called Paul's and they were very accommodating for my situation. I was needing my car to be fixed for the drive back a few days away. They were able to order the parts the same day and have them in by the following day. Excellent service and quality of work. Couldn't be more thankful for being able to fix my car so fast and conveniently!

We broke down on our way to the beach with our grandchildren. I called Paul's and they were able to come to us and do a quick repair at a reasonable price. They were kind and considerate and saved our vacation. Great company!!

I have been going to this place since 2009 off and on I left to go somewhere else because of his low prices but the customer service was awful so I returned. A little on the pricey side but not as pricey as some. They are friendly helpful honest and professional. They get the job done and they guarantee their work. They are a great group of men. They even allow you to bring your own parts. I could go on and on about this place. Satisfaction is guaranteed that's what I say.

Unfortunately, they let me down, long story short they made me spent $1500 changing a catalytic converter and that didn’t fix the problem when I took it back to them, then they really found the problem it was the CAM synchronizer $217 more but when I got home with the car the car was spilling coolant and had to bring a mechanic to fix the new problem that they created. 2 days later the mini van engine light came on with. P0171 and P0174 engine codes that I am sure it has to do with what they did. I am done with Paul’s Automotive. I have never give a bad review but they gave me no choice.

I can honestly say these are some of those most genuine and honest mechanics I’ve ever met. As a 22 year old man still trying to navigate through life they have made things a lot easier on me, when my engine failed on my Sonata they helped me everyday to find a way to get it fixed without having to come out of pocket for a big expense(warranty or recall). Their attitude is great and I highly recommend anyone to go to them
