On Friday 28th I went in for breakfast as I was standing in front of food bar she was trying to put it up I don't have much money and a hungry child at home and I had tears in my eyes cause I was trying to figure out what I could get for me and my son she just gave me the dirtiest look and out her mouth said nothings free and I'm not even trying to get nothing for free so I stayed quiet but now crying when other girl works there walks over rude also and said same thing nothing is free when they have no idea how hurt they are making me feel cause I am only trying to figure out how I can feed me and my son for cheap so I just grab a small thing of egg wchs which was extremely small for what I paid then walked to back to sit and eat still crying but I heard them running there mouth about me all I said is to myself if I wasn't a strong person I would kick there butt but they both were extremely rude and to be honest they are always rube there and I think it should be handled there is never ice in machine and they just lean on counters talking to each other cause of the self check out and I understand the new device but when you need something behind back they get extremely rude and I am tired of eat bc no one deserves to be treated like I was some bumb they don't even know how hard my life is plus being I'll on top of that there lucky I didn't have a ceaser cause I am sick but it was a small white girl at the kitchen part and a bigger color girl at counter which approached me after I sat down crying figuring out how I am going to feed my child when she runs her mouth to me cause yes I said I wish I could whoop them but that's because they were running there mouth about me around the counter to other customers and I hope they get taught a lesson cause greed doesn't get you anything and they don't know what the other person is going through and there not the only ones at this store in Springfield Ga so I pray ? it changes I won't be going back and I will be spreading the word about how I was treated and I am not the only one these girls worked this morning around ten in morning when breakfast was being pulled off I seriously hope y'all take this seriously this is the one in Springfield Ga beside Wendy's

Rude people in parkers by blue jay in Rincon...ask simple ? 3 employees just standing there no help...act like somebody peed on there foot.

Would be happy to give the service I received 0 stars if possible. The woman working behind the counter on July 3rd, 2024 was ridiculously rude. She was bothered to do the job she is paid to do, which is assisting customers. All I needed was something from behind the counter, and she gave an attitude. She eventually assisted me, giving attitude the whole time, and then she went back to what she was doing but was mumbling under her breath and obviously bothered to have to do a part of her job. If she can’t even handle being an attendant she should probably seek work elsewhere, away from people.
To be honest ever since the self-service stations have been implemented, customer service has taken a significant decline. Not a good look for Parker’s.

I used to enjoy parkers. The stores have lacked in upkeep and cleanliness. The change in coffee and the fact that creamer is barely ever provided and the rude associates are tough to handle. Between gas and food I probably spent $7k a year there and while that may not be much, if 10 people like me decide not to be there, 70k is a good bit. If 100 people choose to go elsewhere that's 700k a year in lost revenue. It's a slippery slope, Greg.

I stopped by earlier tonight and I can tell you I will never come back. The clerk was a disaster the store was a disaster. Her attitude was very disrespectful, good thing I didn’t have anywhere to be I was standing there forever. Seems like you could smell last night’s alcohol and she didn’t want to be bothered.

What a joke this place can be .. depending on who's working...i can't tell you how many times I've stood at self checkout needing to verify my identification for beer purchase the clerk will be on the phone or talking ...or can't even hear machines cause they are wearing earbuds....If I was running a store no way would earbuds be allowed...ps the beer is ice cold!!!

We stopped in, and the checkout first wasn't working the second one didn't say anything on it about cash, we runged up and it said on it credit or debit after we rung it up. The older lady said she would cash us out. I told her we had cash. And then she said you can't read. Their was nothing on the machine.I think that was rude what she said.

This Parker's, just like the one at Blue Jay Road at Highway 17 NEVER have print outs at the gas pumps. If you need one, you have to go inside and get in line to get one.

This location is awful. I love Parker’s and I gave it a few chances before reviewing. Staff has terrible attitudes and acts like you’re wasting their time. More importantly, the food is never prepared in the hot food section. It’s a breakfast I often look forward to and can never count on it with this location.

How is Parker’s out of tea? I asked when they would have tea and they said machines aren’t working, another lady said the power had been out earlier…. I come here especially for the tea.
