A simple hello would’ve been nice when you walk in the business, instead of waiting a few moments and saying “what you need done “?. Set down and she looked at my nails and wanted to know if they were done there. No, but I have been here 3x and it wasn’t that pleasant those 3x. Then I told her I wanted a design on one nail, with a fill in. Very rudely she responded, “huh sit up there he’s going to have to do it”. Pointing to a guy who just started a pedicure, so you couldn’t just start my nails instead you tried to hand me off to someone due to a request of one design? Customer service is no longer a thing!

First time got my toes done I walked out got home why four of my toes polish came off went back literally went right back woke up next morning why both my big toe polish came off like smh never again and they not even open on Sunday for me to go and let them fix it I paid 60$ smh

My wife has been coming here for a long time - every 3 weeks to get her nails done. Her and the nail tech have spoken at length about her standing appointment and how she has to drop our daughter off at 9am for school and then comes straight there. The nail tech knows this. My wife was late this morning getting there and arrived 15 minutes past the 9am appointment to find that she had taken another client.
In my mind, the tech should have reached out before taking the walk in appointment and asked if my wife was on her way. They have her number, they send her messages for confirmation. She has to use her phone number to book the appointment.
While I understand, if my wife didn't show, the tech would have turned down business and not made any money, but that's where the phone call confirmation comes in - you tell your walk in you have an appointment that's running a little behind and you're going to call and confirm that that person is coming - THEN you decide to take the walk in or reschedule them for a different time. You lost a long time, repeat customer. In the cosmetology world, REPEAT customers are priority, always.

They had an elderly gentleman who had never done acrylic French tips working on my toes and still charged full price for the services. It wasn’t until I arrived home that I realized how horrible the job was, I’ll never go there or refer anyone.

I have been a customer for about 2 years , I do my pedis every two weeks for YEARS!! I never had a major problem ,I would pay for volcano pedis and honestly didn't do as good as a volcano pedi SHOULD be.But I never complained and gave extraTIP!!! On Saturday I went in and got a pedi .She cut me and made me bleed and didn't say nothing as well.I did have minor pain in my cut for two days.Tuesday Morning my toe giving me concerns ,as the day went It got bad !! I went in and told them .And they try to tell my its my toes because I have ingrown toel nails !! And just come back if it don't get better !! I told them I go on vacations tomorrow ,and his response was oh the beach will make it BETTER !! are you KIDDING!! Never going back !! I have 2 daughters and my Husband will join me at times .In two years I spend Thousands of dollars for them not to even APOLOGIZE!!!
Cleanliness: THIS IS INFECTED AND I BELIVE HER TOOLS WERE NOT SANITIZED!!

Went to noire on a whim and I left with not exactly what I wanted but the tech tried her best at a new technique, I came back a few hours later after contemplating and asked if they could be fixed, Ms. Jennifer (the manager) took her time and fixed the issues I had and turned the entire experience around for me! I'll be back!

Very disappointed. The guy seemed nice but didn't care about my nailcare at all. Didn't even clean under nails or push back my cuticles. I wish them well.

Today was my first visit. Peter was fantastic with my pedicure it was very relaxing. Today was also the first time I had my nails done with SNS dip and Hillary was great I love them!

My experience David was amazing! I was seated right away after checking in, David made sure the water temp was to my liking. I’m very sensitive when it comes to getting a pedicure but David engaged in conversation with me and kept me calm and before I knew the cuticle part was over. The young lady who trimmed my eyebrows was also amazing as well! Her energy was so positive that you can tell she enjoys her clients and making them feel beautiful. I highly recommend this place! The atmosphere was very inviting and clean and if you know me, those are two things that matter most to me before spending my coins. If your in the Rincon area check them out!!! ?❤️❤️❤️❤️

The last couple of times I've been here my nails just haven't been good. I showed the lady the exact picture i wanted with the shape and all. It was a light pink chrome with round tips. The shape of the nail was totally wrong and the color she painted was not light pink. I told her I didn't think that was the right color but she insisted it was. I was not happy with my nails.

I wanted to like this place so badly however I get the feeling that they aren’t friendly towards people of color and also the owner was very rude to my mom alongside her nail techs. I also noticed that when I asked for a white polish in my nails I was told by the nail tech that she didn’t like it and it didn’t look good on my skin forcing me to choose another color. I feel as if I’m paying my money for a service I should be able to get what I asked for instead of getting rudeness and forcing me to choose other things alongside talking about my skin color. I will not be coming back but I hope the business gets better.

I got my eyelashes done and the next day my eye swelled up. She put too much glue, I couldn't even close my eyes without it hurting. I have never had an reaction like this before. I will never get my lashes done there again. $60 dollar's wasted. Very disappointed
