It’s Lowe’s I mean come on my favorite store just about anywhere. Military discount is pretty helpful depending on what you might need to get. Overall the associates are friendly and usually very happy to help

This is by far the worst store ever. This started in the beginning of March and now we are almost in July. So I spoke with Lowe’s about installing 4 doors. That man was great on the phone and they sent someone out rather quickly to measure. He said they are custom doors let me send this in and they will get you a quote. I received a call a few days later with the quote and signed and paid. A few weeks later doors are here and we schedule an appointment for install. Installer shows up with standard doors. Well if you been reading we know these don’t fit. So he measures again and looks at the quote and apparently the correct doors were not ordered. I then receive a call that these are custom doors. No fooling we already established this. The lady said it was gonna cost more. I said for you not me. I got a signed contract for these doors. You guys screwed up so figure it out. I wait weeks for them to come. Yes they are here. Install team says it will be a month before they can come out .well today 6/25 was the install day. Received a text from Lowe’s at 6am. By 10am I have not heard anything. I call the install team and they were like oh yeah sorry we are not coming today and we will call you in a few days to reschedule. You’re kidding right. So I call Lowe’s they are unable to reach them. So now I am supposed to have a new install team god know when they are going to call and set this up. So now 3 months to install 4 interior doors. Owe wait they are not installed. And no one from Lowe’s is doing anything To help resolve this. I will be shopping at Home Depot for the rest of my life. I only went to Lowe’s out of convenience. I never had these problems with Home Depot. Built 2 homes and remodeled 1 from there and never these issues. This store and the Lowe’s company is a joke!!! This is they worst customer service as no one has answers or solutions to this problem. And yet I have already paid in full for this service.

Purchased a $100 gift card. My bank account was charged but the gift card failed to load. I went directly to customer service. Celine and Sam were great. The ASM Daniel was paged 3 times before he finally showed up, after I had been there for 25 minutes. He never said a word to me to apologize or even acknowledge me. The ladies got me squared away after 35 minutes.
If that's how your Assistant Store Manager works, he shouldn't have the position.

Bad treatment, employees do not treat customers well, you ask them a question and they tell you in a moment, I will attend to you, you stand in line for 20 minutes waiting

Found what I needed. Asked for help from a guy in flooring dept but he didn’t seem interested in helping. Fortunately another associate walked in on the conversation and help me.

I don’t understand why they even have employees!? I asked a lot of their employees for help the other day while I was shopping, but none of them wanted to help me. One of them even said, “that’s not my job” I don’t see why they hire such unprofessional and rude people to just stand around a talk all day. I give this store a huge 1 star rating.

Very helpful lady in the garden area.
I unfortunately had to run in and out so I was in a bit of a state of rush.
I told her the items I needed and she knew exactly where each were.

This store is always organized and well stocked, the people are very helpful. I love love love the garden center the flowers look healthy and bloom beautifully.

The last few times I went there, the employees were all very helpful.
