Clean, easy to navigate and fairly complete shopping experience including a good Pharmacy and assortment of BBQ and automotive supplies.Now to the food and beverage areas: fresh produce with very competitive prices. TIP: if you're going to be shopping here more than once, do yourself a favor and download the Kroger mobile app. Linked with your Kroger points account (with discounted gasoline prices as a reward) it will save you time and money!!!

Fresh meat products are not always the weight shown on packaging so you're slightly overpaying. Recently purchased hamburger in 3 lb packages at sale price of $3.99/lb. I always weigh out portions before putting them in freezer. I found one 3 lb package to be short by 1 ounce and the other short by 1.15 ounces. Not a huge deal but true price paid was closer to $4.09/lb with these shortages. This is actually the second time I've noted shorting on weights so be aware that there might have been a thumb on the scale when you're expecting full weight of what you paid for.

Be wary of grocery pick up at this location. To date I have never been refunded $45 worth of item left off an order. I live a hour RT from this store and was pretty disappointed when I arrived home to find half my groceries missing. I tried reaching out via chat, called customer service, went in person the following week to the same store. The only thing they provided was the run around. So I did what anyone who works hard for their money does, deleted my account and shop elsewhere for my family now. They lost a good customer but got to keep the $45 ;)

The staff is inexperienced, unprofessional and rude. Expect to wait a week for am RX and for the staff to play d*** when you go to pick it up. Expect to wait online. Or do yourself a favor and use another pharmacy like me. ?

I try not to complain too often but I am very disappointed in this pharmacy’s service today. Waited several hours for them to notify us that a prescription for Tamiflu that had been called in by the doctor’s office (this morning around 10:00) had been filled. Tried calling repeatedly and they wouldn’t answer the phone. Had to go to the store to find out they wouldn’t have it until the next afternoon. One day can mean the difference in whether or not there’s any need in starting this drug treatment or not. They should be more considerate and at least notify the patient, in a timely manner, if they don’t have a drug like this which is time sensitive. Even better if they would actually try to find it at another pharmacy then notify the patient of the option to get it there. Since they did neither, a loved one had to suffer longer than necessary because there wasn’t time for me to find and procure it elsewhere in time for it to be useful. The only good thing I have to say is at least the lady I spoke to when I went to the store was nice. I’m pretty sure she’s not the one who sets their policies.

Kroger must have a policy of hiring people with a chip on their shoulder. Unprofessional attitudes are abundant! They are doing you a favor to fill your prescription & then overcharge you because they’re too lazy to run for cheapest price. Mrs Jennifer Johnson is the only person there I trust, but haven’t seen her in months.

They are always so helpful and go out of their ways to help me. During the early days of the pandemic, they truly helped ease my mind about picking up my prescription and were a huge comfort to me. Thank you very much!

The shopping atmosphere is nice. Prices are competitive. The working staff are helpful, especially Sherrie. Whenever I have problems at self-checkout, she's always very enthusiastic to help. Overall, Kroger is the best place to shop daily basic needs.

The store is huge and carries clothing and is almost like a mini-Walmart. Store is always very busy but the staff seems to do a good job of keeping the shelves full. Employees up front are helpful and friendly. Much better than the Ogeechee Kroger which is why I drive 6 miles further to come here.

Very rude customer service! Don’t try to get the pharmacist to explain anything he will just talk over you and not care that you still don’t understand. I asked to speak to someone else so they could explain with less attitude since I wasn’t understanding from him and he says well I am the pharmacist. I had to ask several times to speak to someone else. Then that lady also had an attitude bc I asked questions trying to understand. This pharmacy has gone way down hill. Not only is customer service awful but I have to call several times to make sure they are even filling my medicine. I have had to wait days to get medicine that was called in multiple times and checked on but apparently they never received it and it’s never their fault.

They pick and choose what prescriptions they will fill. People are out here trying to better themselves and they get denied. Just another chain pharmacy trying to play “God”.
