I am so thankful for Empire Gym hosting a 6 week challenge. It’s what brought me through their doors and I haven’t looked back since. I had lost a lot of motivation going to Planet Fitness and Empire has brought it back! If you’re not a member at Empire, you’re missing out! ?

Hands down the best gym I have ever been to!! Having anxiety about going to the gym has always been a problem for me. Not at this gym. I’m actually excited to go and I feel great when I’m there. All the staff is so warm and welcoming. It’s super clean! The equipment is great! 5 starts isn’t enough for this place!!

This has been by far the most inviting gym we’ve been to. The staff and owners are all super helpful. The equipment is really nice and the gym is super clean. I would absolutely recommend this gym to anyone looking for a change or a new gym home. Great people!

Inclusive, competitive, for beginners and experts alike!I signed up for Empire gym and met the owners before it opened. They are a family run business, and have equipment for a variety of workout styles. There is a tiered membership, so people that want to do classes and have access to Olympic style equipment and even some crossfit type equipment can add on to basic membership.Basic membership still has incredible value, state of the art equipment --ESPECIALLY for leg day-- and 24hr access. There are almost always trainers in the gym, even at 5am, and the ones that teach classes are great. Bri is on her way to becoming a PT, Sara makes workouts super fun, Mary, one of the owners, knows how to test your limits but always asks where you are at and values form and safety over quantity.It can be challenging to figure out online signup, but once you do it everything gets automated. The environment here is worth the cost especially with the group classes. I struggled getting back at it but the accountability really helps.They also have infrared sauna, can measure body composition, they will be adding a meal plan service soon, and will soon have an aesthetic clinic adjacent as well.Check out the photos to see everything, they speak for themselves. Not pictured are the private bathrooms and private showers for your safety and comfort.

I’ve been waiting for this gym to open since I saw it being built. It has completely lived up to my expectations. The gym is awesome, has great equipment that many of the other gyms in the area don’t even come close to having. Bathrooms and showers are really nice, and all the staff and trainers are really friendly. One of my favorite parts about the gym is the personal training. Which has been top notch every time I have went for my session. Keep an eye out for Apollo while your there, he is a great distraction while you work out!!!!

If you’re in the Rincon area and you’re looking for a strength training gym this is the place to go! They offer a wide variety of equipment and the facility is always clean including the bathrooms. You have 24/7 access with an extremely friendly and welcoming staff. I haven’t been this excited to workout in such a long time but just being in such a positive environment has brought back my excitement!

Have you ever wanted to experience that special love hate relationship one can only have with a trainer? Well look no further. Will you want to laugh, cry, and cuss simultaneously? Probably but I will tell you I have gained strength and confidence in the time I have trained with Mary. She pushes you but you love her for it. She gives fitness and nutrition advice freely. And she loves you like Jesus which is the best part of all.
