The young lady ALEX and her Brotner are plotting on clients and their belongings. They look in your storage and allow the bill to get doubled and sell your things with out a call or notice ?
They are scammers and need to be arrested . I have proof of this and advise you to find a different place to store your items DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT STORE ANYTHING HERE

Alex is or was sweet I came by there and they were selling units on Saturday at 8:54AM 4/27/24 The young lady told me to go get the money order and she will accept my payment due to the fact that my PO Box had been closed and I was not receiving notifications. I called the I left messages. No one returned my call next-door to the facility so I thought we had a great relationship but will not receive any referrals. I’m not with the money orders about it 9:40 AM. She told me to be back by 9:30 or 10 AM and they will not sell my items when I got back. She had already sold the items to her brother and some other man that is there every time they have a sale, some white guy African-American over there when she told me that I could come back and buy my stuff by the time I got back they had them went through my storage unit unit, but all of my business stuff and my I will be writing ✍? more terrible reviews to be sure that you’re careful with your items in the storage. Also, they have someone living in the storage unit is on the first row on the right side. He has a vehicle in there and he’s there every day older white male there is another person living in the back of this storage unit in the Winnebago. I don’t think that is safe and I will be reporting to the department of health.

Don’t rent here. No communication about rent increases. Limited access to your unit. Gate code not operational. You won’t get your deposit back. Manager was rude. Unit was in disrepair. Damp and moldy. Wants you to secure your unit with their lock and key. Made me very uncomfortable.

This place is horrible. Rented in December. Didn't have access to our belongings. Gate was always locked. Crystal, the Manager, never returned my phone calls. We were given a lock with a key to use on our unit. Assumed it granted them access to our unit as well. We didn't use their lock. paid our rent on time. Jan 31 I wrote a check in their office for Feb 1-28 dates. Employee gave me a receipt. Then when we vacated the Unit the end of Feb. I was told I owed another $20. Rent increased Feb. 1 $5. I was never notified of any increase. Then they charged me $15 late fee on the $5 balance. guess I'm not getting my $40 deposit back. bunch of thrives!!!!! Don't rent here.

Clearly the manager of this establishment doesn't believe in answering their phone or following their work hours. 2 weekends before noon closing and they can't seem to do business. "CLOSED" sign is up well before the designated noon.

I guess these people don't want any business...they don't answer the phone, don't answer the door and don't return calls. I've tried to reach them over 5 times on the phone and stopped by about 3 times and they never answer. There is someone in the the office because there is a car park outside but the sign always says closed.

We rented two spaces in the "yard" for our 20' and 26' U-haul trucks for six days when we moved to Rincon in March 2020. We parked them in the yard Friday evening about 7:30 PM. We were charged $20 per truck for the six days and we were told we had to pay in cash only. We paid in cash and on Monday morning we received a call asking if we had taken one of our trucks out of the lot because the manager found glass beside the 26' truck and the 20' filled with furniture and tools was gone. Apparently their "industrial grade" fencing and lighting wasn't enough to keep someone from breaking into a 20' U-haul truck and driving it off into the night with no one hearing a thing. They don't even have cameras. Would advise everyone to go somewhere else.

We moved to the Rincon area from South Carolina in March 2020. I called ahead to see if we could store our two Uhaul trucks in their facility for six days until we closed on our home, and was assured it was a secure area and it was Completely fenced in and safe. The woman told me she lived on property and she locked the gate every day at 7:00 PM. She asked for $20 for each truck and told me I had to pay in cash. When we arrived on Friday evening I paid the manager and we left our two locked moving trucks in the storage area. I got a call on Monday afternoon and she asked if we had picked up one of our trucks!? That there was glass on the ground and a truck was missing. The police were called, she said she didn't hear anything (a 20' UHAUL truck being started and driving off) and kept trying to give the $40 we had paid for six days back to me. I asked for a copy of the lease agreement they use, because she didn't have us sign anything, and I was told I couldn't have one. I asked to speak to the owner of the property, and I was told she wouldn't give me the telephone number for him. Then we were told there were NO CAMERAS, just a fence and a gate on the side of the lot with small chains and small locks.I would never recommend this place. It is NOT secure, and it's shady.
