Had app. today the doctor was wonderful,but the young lady who worked the counter was the most insulting person it`s not she said anything that was the problem. The Doc.talked to me about a few things he would give me when I checked out.I had to ask her for them. She took my money put two bottles of medicine on the country and I had to ask her for what the Doc. gave me and I still did get them all it was like I was a brother to her and I was the only person their ,so she was not busy one last thing I had to ask for a bag for my 2 bottles of med.

I would like to think Effingham Animal Hospital for the care they gave our family dog Odie during his 14 years with us. Also the card mailed to us after his death was very thoughtful.

The service and veterinary care was hothouse the whole time with my puppy. The vet botched the neutering surgery. It was a big lump with holes at either end. I made him redo it. Then he was to be groomed and they even do it. They also tried multiple times to give him his 4 th set of shots again. Any place that has to have signs up everywhere to be nice to their staff has an issue.

I like the place and nice to the animals they do good work I wish they would call and let me know I'm going to have to wait an hour and a half or an hour before I get in so I can plan my day accordingly

Dr. Bailey and his staff are incredibly professional and helpful. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. They will treat your pets like they’re one of their own and truly care about them. Thank you guys so much for always taking such good care of all my babies. I appreciate it more than you know. ????

They're all very good there! Been taking my animals to Dr. Bailey for the last 9 years, and unfortunately had to put one of my dogs down 2 years ago and he was very compassionate and understanding , and let myself and family have a moment to say goodbye. He knows what he's doing and doesn't push anything on you unless he feels is absolutely necessary, and will ask permission first before you get nailed with a high vet bill.

We love Dr. Bailey and how personal and caring he is with our three frenchies. front desk customer service is always friendly and does not charge fee for cancellations if needed to reschedule. They are very understanding and will go out of their way to reschedule an appointment as soon as one opens up! Great staff. Prices are extremely reasonable compared to any location in the area!!!

Dr. Bailey and his staff have ALWAYS provided quality service while simultaneously showing compassion, honesty and integrity. I have always brought all of my pet here and my family has been bringing their pets here for forever. The pricing is also not as expensive compared to other offices. We will always come here for veterinarian needs. Very trustworthy office.
