Came here to vacuum my boat not realizing that it wasn’t really set up for bigger vehicles but the staff was wonderful and helped me get turned around and still let me vacuum my rig, even though I took up several spots. Wonderful staff and great customer service! Thank you!

Kennedy and the rest of the staff were amazing, the wash was awesome and the vacuum lot with the amenities to clean the inside of the car were a plus too !

This company signed us up for a membership that we did not authorize. They have been charging our accounts over $50 per month for at least the past six months. You cannot get anybody on the phone and we did not ever sign up for a membership. I don’t have a membership number so we can’t cancel membership and I can’t get anybody on the phone and no one will return my calls after all the proper forms online have been filled out requesting to speak with customer care, absolutely horrible
Replying to the response from owner…. Oh I have called multiple times a day for over a week. I have left several messages with my number to be contacted with zero response! Horrible customer service!!!!

Unscheduled closes 3 times in less than two weeks of a premium subscription. For the third time in less than two weeks I'm sitting here ready to go out for the night and can't get my car washed. This place needs actual management.
Edit* Make that 4 times now.
Here I sit at 2pm on a Saturday and the car wash is closed. Again. For the 4th time. I'm cancelling my subscription (after getting no response from the phone number given in the response) and going to the new place by Walmart. I recommend anyone reading this to do the same before wasting your time with Take 5 car wash.
Edit* 3:15 pm 5/31/24. Closed. 5th fail in less than a month.
Edit* The new place by Walmart opens tomorrow June 20th. Subscription cancelled.
