HORRIBLE PHARMACY. 17 hours to fill an RX. Never ready when they say. Wouldn't fill an RX because they didn't want to open a new box of meds. Shameful. All CVS locations have gone way downhill. They're trying to be a clinic. Maybe they should get the pharmacy part down first. Once they told me I would have to wait 4 hours on an RX because they had to give shots. Ridiculous. ZERO STARS

Awful Pharmacy! I've been waiting on a prescription transfer. I called to confirm that they called the other pharmacy and was told yes they did. I called the other pharmacy to verify and was told CVS didn't call. I then had to call back to CVS to ask again and then was told no they didn't call. This is horrible customer communication. People need their meds and they don't care!!

The drive through pharmacy is pathetic. They don't care how long you wait. As I sat in line for 20+ minutes, I saw 2 cars drive off tired of waiting. Another pull up and wait 7 minutes before they even came to the window. Customer Service is not a thing here. They seem arrogant and could care less about their customers. It took them 5 minutes to come to the window when I drove up. Avoid if you can.

You call in meds and refills. They tell you it'll be ready by a certain time. Never is. Then you get messages saying meds are ready and only part of them are filled. You call to get hours and the system gives hours and you show up but they are closed for lunch. Kinda think that is not open so the system should say so

Never had a problem except with the pharmacy. I went to pick up prescriptions at 5:55 pm on a Saturday afternoon. Upon going through the drive thru ,again it was 5:55pm they had already closed. I pulled around, parked & found a change purse, took it in & gave to clerk up front stating I just found in parking lot. I walked back to the pharmacy checking my phone time was 5:59pm. They were already closed The lady that was behind the counter said we're closed. I explained I went through drive thru but they had already closed it & technically it had just turned 6:00. She said the system shuts down at 6:00 Then turned to her coworker who i assume she was in conversation with and said" Anyway" I then said "Excuse me mam I am talking with you which she replied we can't help you! I forced myself to turn around and leave! Such rudeness & disregard towards a customer is not acceptable! These 3 ladies that were back there should be in a different line of work. The website states they are open M-S 8:00-10:00pm Changing pharmacy!

I only wish I could leave a 0. The pharmacist was a rude, sarcastic, and incompetent ass. Perhaps he has a prescription to combat his Napoleonic Complex.

I'm a trucker. They went above and beyond today while filling some scripts I needed filled. I couldn't get up to walk inside as I have an infection in my leg and it's very painful. The pharmacist herself came outside to get my scripts and fill them, also found discounts since they don't take my insurance here, also came back to my truck to get my debit card to pay, bought me some bottled waters as I requested, and was so nice for the whole process. I'm not saying they will do this for everyone, but if they will give this device for a stranger then they have my business from now on when I'm in the area. Thanks CVS you need more employees like this pharmacist!!!
