Friendly staff. Storage units clean and in good shape. When we were moving, they were very flexible in regards to setting up account over phone and making unit available ahead of time so there was no wait when we arrived.

Tricia Franks, I am sorry if you think I didn't answer your calls. Deposits are returned within 30 days and I try to return all calls I receive. Again, I am truly sorry your experience wasn't pleasant at the end of your stay. My customers are very important to me and I hope if you need storage again you give me a chance to provide you with the best customer service possible. Thank you
