“I want to give a shout out to the assistant manager Grace at this particular location. They were selling service branch plaques on a front door rack and I could not find an Air Force one. My son is at Ramstein Air Base in Germany.She told me she would get it from another location and she would text me when it was there and she did absolutely that. Thanks!”

“Pros:-- convenient location near shopping, restaurants, library, etc.--fair price, or, “best value for your money,” especially the basic wash.--free vacuums *with* the wash, that actually work, and are effective (major plus).--window cleaner, interior cleaner, and towels available post-car wash. Also, gratis.--package deals for multiple washes (though we have not purchased any of them yet, the pricing seems reasonable and ideal for those who drive a lot).--this location’s vacuum area is clean. Some car wash places are littered with trash from customers who are inconsiderate and lack home training. Such is not the case here.Cons:--customer service is lacking.--Rte. 21 is busy, which often causes this location’s narrow entrance/exit to be a little challenging.”
