“I moved to The Georgian after staying in a place for 7yrs. Very professional, willing to work with you, and clean community. I see alot of negative reviews and personally they are just bitter because they had a bad experience. Don't take everyone's word see for yourself and you be the judge. But as for me I would highly recommend these apartments.”
“Office is ok but their maintenance is great ! Especially the younger guy Jayden he’s super friendly and has my work orders done fast plus there done right on the first try that’s hard to find in these type of community’s these days.”
“Nice apartment. It had a good amount of space.
The only issue in my opinion was the smell of weed EVERYWHERE. I personally have no issue with it but the smell is so strong and it gets in your clothes.
The pool is really nice they keep it clean, the gym is not good at all do not rely on the apartment gyms here.
I would say this is a very nice area. There is no loud noises or bugs, an issue I have always had in apartments is they always have some sort of infestation, not this one. very nice and calm area, the rent prices they ask for is pretty pricey tho for what you get.”
“Tour Experience: made reservations online. Was able to tour early. Sadly 1b 1ba tour was unavailable but we got to see a 2b instead just to get a feel of the apartment. Mercedes was welcoming and knowledgeable on everything. She did great on the tour with the clubhouse as well. We were already sold on getting the place. She explained the application process as well. I really appreciate how the staff puts in Social Events for their residents, I saw they had Valentines snacks for them.”
“Glenda is AMAZING and was very knowledgeable and helped me with everything from small to big. She is truly an asset to Palisades at rice hope. Molly is WONDERFUL we had a family tragedy literally an hour before lease signing and Molly was very very patient and understanding and guided us along with the procedures in a caring manner. She is also truly an asset to Palisades at rice hope. If I could give these young ladies many more stars I would. ♥️”

“When to the main office in the morning to ask for help from maintenance within just a couple hours maintenance was at my door, friendly and professional, had my issue fixed quick. Awesome job! Love living here! All staff are great!”
