If you take items to this place you need to know that everything needs to be bagged or boxed, which was not communicated before we got there. Also once I told them I had a truck and a trailer coming the workers did not want the stuff. For a Christian organization to treat us like they didn’t want our stuff we reluctantly took it to Goodwill who happily took all of our stuff that was valued over $700. Won’t go here again or recommend them and I am from Effingham.

This store has amazing prices, AWESOME deals, and the friendliest staff! However they really need to get a dressing room. One incident shouldn’t be the reason they’re still inconveniencing customers 3 years later. It probably wouldnt happen again…

My husband bought a vacuum from here today. Gets home and it don't work because the roller brush underneath is missing. They refuse to do anything to make it right. Be careful spending your money with a business that does care about their customers.

A great thrift store to shop at. Items are priced very well and people are super friendly. Not a fan of having yard sales, will be donating all our good stuff to this facility in future.

They don’t let you use the fitting rooms or the restroom which is crazy. Both are in plain site but are locked and infer they are closed due to Covid. Somethings are reasonably priced and others much higher than Goodwill in Rincon; like purses/ handbags, shoes, dishes and children’s toys. Purses at Goodwill are $4.99 and the toys are 99 cents, occasionally you may see $1.99 for larger toys. The Goodwill stuffed animals are always 99 cents. At Act 3 everything is individually priced and they apparently really value their purses, shoes, dishes, toys and stuffed animals, way higher than Goodwill and too high for for something they got for free. When I first started going the prices were great and reasonable, but they are consistently raising their prices just like the grocery store.
