Ms. Tanisha is absolutely wonderful. She assisted my husband and mother in law in getting my mother in law into Way Station. She made the experience easy, smooth, and fast as possible. She has been a great resource throughout the process of getting my mother in law settled.

The doors in the building don’t lock on the side or the back of the building. It’s not safe for the elderly to have unlocked doors to the building at night. What if someone falls asleep and forget to lock their home door and anyone can just walk in? That is not safe.

I've been living here about a year the best management team great group of people lives here we are so close of being family looking out for each other, lots of people need assistance in different areas but we take time to care. Just because we are 55+,it's call privacy.

Doors are always broken not really a secured place to live I do not feel safe here and the management is very mean and unfriendly .the fines that are given to the ppl who stay here change 1 person pays 50 while the other pays 150 the price of the fines keeps changing so I dnt feel the price is sincere .. I feel like they only want to take advantage of us elderly fixed income residents ..and the Maintenance man here is horrible I positive he has no clue what he is doing me fridge was broken for a month and my friend down the hall air conditioner was broken for 2 months ..in the summer also the maintenance man here smokes in the building as do many others here I. Can’t wait to get out of here as this has been my most stressful and depressing apartment I have ever rented.. the bathrooms in the hallways have mold black mold all over disgusting… management doesn’t care it seems to me .. also they front door is broken u can’t even have a guest page u to have the door open anymore that’ll probably take 5 months till they fix it …

There's nice apartments but the only unfair thing I see is that those apartments are for Senior people that life with social security and they are so expensive for them and every year the rents go up , some of the Senior can't afford the cost due to they just receive Social security. I think that corporate should analize the way they due they calculate the income to be fair with our Seniors people. Other than that I would gave 5 start.

Good morning ? sorry for late review I lived at Ways Station for one year from Nov. 2019 until Nov 2020 had a wonderful experience. I only moved out to live with family . Georgia, the manger, was helpful in every way, the building is clean and cared for and so were the tenants . Thanks for a great place to live and God BLESSINGS ?? Debbie
