I absolutely loved Nick! I went to purchase a tablet, and came out with not only a tablet, but also Verizon internet. Nick was both patient and kind. He also made himself available when I had questions regarding by bill weeks later. Job well done Nick!

The associates do not acknowledge you at all while you are waiting for them. It’s like you are a trouble to them. I waited for an hour just to pick up a phone for which I had paid online. I thought this was supposed to be an easy way out but not for Richmond hill Verizon.

Been with verizon for 20 years, 2 on my current line. I had no idea you guys have got a Fairy GodFather out here, spreading happiness and solutions, hope thats not news for the powers that be. I walked in this morning for answers.

WHERE DO I EVEN BEGIN……
He updated my E-sim card and deleted the old one (Had no clue what sorcery I hold in my hand everyday), upgraded my data band tier, so my, heavily relied upon, gps will start acting right, turned me onto a few mind-blowing bundles y’all offer, educated my son on how he can better use and understand settings and features pertaining to his phone’s abilities with a clever Spiderman analogy? (Ive been unsuccessful in this task for 2 years!), and most importantly, I walked out with his professional contact info for my
VERY SOON TO BE, device upgrade! I have never walked out of a verizon store feeling like I did today! Positive Ive left out a few things, just feels like a novel if I keep going. Absolutely in love with Verizon again! Thank you Michael!
