Go here for shipments and Amazon returns. Vanessa there is the notary there and she is absolutely AMAZING. Quick and knowledgeable. Super sweet and helpful. Highly recommend!

Do not go here if you do not want to be screamed at by Jacqueline (a new employee who is rude and will refuse to help anyone.) I made 2 Amazon returns with no issues with another employee, unfortunately that employee was leaving so I got stuck with Jacquline who screamed at me incessantly and got even more upset when I asked her to not scream at me as I was not screaming at her. At that point she told me to get out and take my packages e elsewhere! No problem! Would not return there for any reason.

Employees locked the door prior to closing hours and refused me entry. On 11/11 I came to the door at 3:28pm to an Amazon return and the lady inside argued with me that she would not let me even though it was not yet 3:30 pmI then tried to speak to the manager through the door and she laughed at me and ignored me. I called, they ignored my calls while looking at me through the glass.I am going to escalate this until I know for a fact they’ve been held accountable. That’s in acceptable. Plus I called to let them know I was on the way.

Staff is amazing!! So helpful and incredibly friendly all while being incredibly efficient!! Love this store and the ladies working there.

Normally I have no issue at this UPS store, but today I went in and unfortunately I had about 10 items to return that I had well organized with all the bar codes with the correlating return product I first said hello and I want to apologize in advance for having so many.. she acted very irritated about it and was not friendly at all but made it very clear she wasn’t happy.. I get people have a bad day I work 5 days a week all day having to be pleasant with patients even when I’m not feeling it.. I just gave her the benefit of the doubt and then at the end when she was almost finished with me she told another employee she wanted her to switch places and take over for her because she wasn’t about all that today.. again I get it we all have bad days but at the same time she could have 1 person with 10 things or 5 people with 2 does it really matter? At the end of the day you are still there to do a job and I didn’t deserve to be treated like I was a problem for something I only have to do every once in a while. She did at least say Have a nice day, but there was a slight snippy tone.

I was in the door before they closed for the day. They told me they will not take anymore shipments today they said they needed to go home at 3:30. If they are open for me to walk in I expect them to take my package and not tell me to come back tomorrow. If they stop taking shipments prior to closing they need to post the rules. They said they would only take returns. I live 30 min drive away this cost fuel and time.

Being new to Richmond Hill and in need of Notary Public services for three documents, I was helped by Vanessa who was very professional and thorough. During my visit, I noticed the other clerks in the store were fast, friendly and efficient, also. So, not only did I receive professional Notary service, I found my nearest UPS Store for shipping! I have used this store several times in the past 6 months to drop off Amazon returns. The employees that served me were respectful and efficient. Some were friendlier than others, but we all occasionaly have a bad day.

I'm kind of shocked by all of the bad reviews on here. This UPS store has been phenomenal since day 1 of going there. I ship several items a week & they have ALWAYS helped me to the best of their ability. I shipped a 50" Smart TV & forgot to pack the remote with it. An hour later, I returned with the remote & the AWESOME lady working there made sure that it was put with the TV even after it had left the building. THAT is great customer service! The ladies that work in this store are always so nice & professional. Ignore the bad reviews on here... most likely those people had to wait in a line... (news flash), lines happen when several people show up at the same time! Great UPS store! To the ladies working there: THANK YOU! Your hard work does not go unnoticed!

Dropped off a package to be shipped on November 19th. Two weeks later, the package was discovered to be lost in transit to its destination. I paid for insurance on the package so I went down to this store and gave them all the details I had. The girl at the counter called the manager who gave me an email address, asking me to send proof of value and other documentation. I sent it and never heard back. I have been calling for an update on the claim but can’t get a hold of the manager and no one ever calls me back. No one even responded to the email I sent with the documents. It’s now over a month later and I have heard nothing in return. I don’t know if I will ever get my money back… or just a phone call back! It’s one thing to have bad customer service, but I can’t seem to get any at all! I don’t care that you lost the package… seriously. But can someone please update me on the claim!?

Horrible store no customer service. They text on their phone when trying to talk to them. Sent my package wrong with my label on it not the return label. Next time going to the post office. Now I need to get another label for return from where I brought my items and now get charged another 7.00 dollars for that. And yet ups store wants to put this in the same bag. Are you kidding me. Waited half an hour for nothing. Never again

Very disappointed with this location. I’ve had multiple visits to this store and always believe in giving business a second chance. Today is Monday 11/28 and the store does not have notary on staff today. If the store is open a notary should be on staff- it’s good business.

Appreciate going beyond the norm and taking me in after arriving a few minutes after their closing. They did not have to di that at all. I appreciate the great service and help.
