The unit was just as advertised and the temperature was comfortable for the storage. Donna is efficient and extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend using Storage Depot for any storage needs.

We started with a smaller unit which was clean and we thought was ample size for our needs. Unfortunately, that was not the case and we switched to a larger unit within a week (also in perfect condition). Donna was very accommodating in what was a seamless transition. The units look like they're brand new and the entire place is clearly well kept. They seem pretty strict with their rules for the facility - something I appreciate when I'm storing our belongings that are worth some $$$. I would lease a unit there again, if I'm ever in need.

Great place!! Donna is wonderful and knows her customers. We kept our belongings there for over 3 yearsAnd it was like it was when we stored it. Great shape!! Great place.

Our experience w/Storage Depot of Richmond Hill was very good. The facility was very clean and maintained efficiently. Billing/payment was easy. Pricing was reasonable. I highly recommend the place.

We had household items in storage for almost 5 yrs. We just purchased a home and with Donna's help We had our unit emptied and found everything in beautiful condition. The service provided by Storage Depot was so thoughtful and considerate making the transition so easy. We give Storage Depot a unqualified recommendation.

Mrs. Donna is the sweetest person to deal with, she made this whole experience of moving amazing! And there was usually a very sweet dog in the office ready to greet you, I loved that!! This should be the first place you go if you ever need a storage unit!!

A very neat and clean facility and the management are friendly and easy to work with. Unlike a nearby competitor that I attempted to work with previously, Storage Depot doesn't demand auto-pay via credit card, and doesn't demand your social security number, and doesn't insist that you show proof that you have insurance coverage for the contents. Highly recommend, and will use them again when the need arises.
