I went inside to get two drinks and a pack of cigarettes. The guy behind the counter wouldn’t accept my paper id. He said I need a hard copy for a id. it is state law that you have to take my paper id until I get my physical copy. He refused to sell me the cigarettes and then proceeded to take my two drinks not going to sell them to me stating he thought I was gonna bully him, which I was not doing at all. I was just explaining to him he had to take my paper id and he said no I don’t have to do anything. He was very rude and I will never go into this place again! My encounter was at 130pm on 12/30/23

Very poor customer service from the day shift employee named Robert. He didn't want to take my money! We had some words a few months ago. Today when I walked in there, he tells me " I not serving anything in this store to you as long as I'm on shift!"I don't know if anyone understands the measure he's going through to try to make me have a bad day! But I'll never work! So I politely gave him a smile and went to another gas station. If anyone has a problem it's him.A few months ago, I walked inside to ask if there was any ice. There was a customer standing in front of him and All I wanted to know is if they had what I wanted because he holds conversations with customers which would make a person late if they was in a Rush!Then, the final time was when I asked him for $20 worth of gas he gave me what he thought he had heard, instead of what I wanted. When I asked him how could he make a big mistake like that, he said that he didn't hear me! But, Bro Really! WHY are you making mistakes like this. He got mad because I called him out in his attitude and got what I found in the Internet about him! Now he's Big mad! You guys need to do better with who runs your store because every dollar counts when it comes to building your business/ empire!

I wanted to fill up for 300 dollars, but the black evil worker said that my truck is not properly installed. I told him what difference does it make how the truck costs, he sent me to hell. I left, he lost a client. Three more people followed me It seems that this person only scares customers, he needs to be replaced, this is a very angry face, such workers are not even worth hiring

As a Shell loyalty member this hasn't happened to me before..so I stop at this station since I-95 South had a sign with $3.53 per gallon. So I use shell app to make purchase initial rate in pump was $3.48 then when I began pumping rate changed to $3.58. BUYER BEWARE ...YOU NEED TO PAY CASH FOR LOWER RATE. However in the EARLY AM hour I filled didn't notice posted rate of cash vs card until after filling- traveling with a child sleep so wasnt looking to leave pump at the time. I normally receive lower rate with loyalty but NOT this time.I just read a post from over 1 year ago that mentioned pricing issues with owners response. Wish I had of seen that post before stopping..

I went in to by a few things store was not busy I paid for my stuff the man told me I had to move my truck so I said ok no problem sorry about that but I forgot can I get a lighter please and the man rudely for no reason yells at me say didn’t I tell you to move your truck I said yea I’m so sorry can I just please get the lighter really quick an he said no get out my store! Very very unprofessional and very unwelcoming so I am forced to take my business somewhere else. It was early in the morning about 2 weeks ago . I will not be back considering I’m not welcome there because I parked in the wrong spot. Bad for business.

There’s absolutely no listing on the pump at all what the real price is or that using a debit card will give you “cash” price. There is a 3” “cash” sign from the street that you’re supposed to be able to see while you’re driving 50 mph, making u-turns and paying attention to traffic. The pump only lists the cash price and not how much extra you’re actually going to pay. Not cool.
