BED BUG ALERT! We were here after being displaced from our home from flooding after TS Debby. There were organizations around that were willing to put us up in a hotel while we worked to find more permanent arrangements. Most part, the staff is nice, and there’s a halfway decent breakfast, and it’s a generally good location. The reason we are giving this one star is because one of the rooms we had was infested with bedbugs. We didn’t know what to look for because we never seen them before. My son started to have some sort of a reaction. We ended up , taking him to the hospital because he was having bumps all over his body. We then found out that it was bedbugs and we immediately started bagging everything that we had to get it out of there. The solution by the hotel was to comp us for one of the nights. They really weren’t empathetic or authentically apologetic at all. I was explaining what was going on the guy at the counter, he actually shrugged his shoulders and made it seem like “oh well, that’s what happens “. I feel like this need to be posted to make sure others are aware what they could be getting into.. Please be careful if you stay at this hotel. We have hundreds of dollars in medical bills from taking our son to doctor because of the unclean environment at this hotel. Personally, I think the hotel should be liable for those bills as well. They are not interested at all. I asked for the manager to at least call me back, and no one has made any effort.

We were displaced and lost our home to flooding, as did many many others. We were put up here with a free room by a local non profit (RH Family Connections) and we are EXTREMELY grateful for the staff here. Especially Maria, David, Tammy, and Kamisha.
Every single person on this staff deserves a HUGE raise! The rooms are all filled and many have dogs. They've been letting volunteers drop off food/care packages. Just incredible! I hope the manager Deborah is extremely proud and I will be reaching out to her directly to make sure her entire staff is recognized for their great work and accommodations during this devastating time for the community.

Room smells dirty. We've been traveling for about 3 weeks, and always stay in Hilton hotels. Definitely not the quality we've come to expect. Really disappointed.
Rooms: Smelly. Smells like animals were in this room.... Dirty!!

This hotel is really great for the price! Ms. Patty at the front desk helped my husband and me, even allowing us to check in an hour early and adding an extra day to our stay. She also gave us a goodie bag. The room is spacious and clean, although having streaming TVs would be a great addition. The hotel is a bit far from all the attractions in Savannah, so keep that in mind. However, there are plenty of restaurants and other things around it. Breakfast was excellent - clean, modern, and well-stocked. They even had grits, my favorite part!

Front desk Angelica? Was great. Fast check in and great customer service. Room was very clean and fairly comfortable. Great rate for last minute stop.
Breakfast was ok. Hot coffee was good, cold juice and decent eggs and bacon.

Room 219 was very clean but had an off-putting smell. The bed was not as comfy as it should have been and made creaking noises. There was an old style shower curtain and bathtub. I think it may be time for an update.

Ridiculous oversight in design. Don't expect any privacy if you're on the first floor. You literally can not close the blinds over the a/c unit.

Two of us stayed at the hotel on June 10 on our way to VA. The front desk staff was helpful and polite. The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was really great - made by Tammy (who I learned has worked there for 15 years). She does a great job, so if you stay there and enjoy the breakfast, please let her know.
Food and drinks: We also enjoy dinner about 2 miles away at the Five … (recommended by the hotel front desk manager).
Very nice place with good food and nice wait staff.

I rounded up and gave a 5 but it was more like a 4.5 with a half star loss because the carpeting was wet/damp. Front desk service was very polite checking in and there was a good selection of breakfast options in the morning.
