The front door it’s saying they close at 5 on Saturday then I got here and the door was lock and really bad service they don’t even deserve one star. Also the girl was unrespecful not even that I was here 5 minutes before 4 and the door was locked. That happen when you hire lazy people. They lost a great customer because I bring all my clothes every week.

I had my wedding dress altered here and it has been a great experience! Their seamstress is very sweet, she made me feel very comfortable and catered to and she made my dress fit me perfectly! Their prices are also very fair, many alteration shops will inflate the price for a wedding dress but she is so honest and charged me the sort of rate you’d expect for a regular gown.

Per my mom :
Just picked up my dry clothes which consist a white pants suit and a yellow dress. My suit and dress was new when I took it to them. My white suit looked dirty and my dress was wrinkle. I was told that I had to pay to have them redone. I don't think they dry cleaned it the first time. I will not be returning to this cleaners. the charge you to dry clean your clothes and just put it on a hanger and give it back to you not dry clean at all. Sad people getting over on others to make a dollar.

Beware of the place. They lost my suit pants and. Could care less. They asked for my jacket back to match pants and I never got my suit back. They offered 2 free dry cleaning like I would trust them with something else. I liked them til they lost something then I found out how they really do business.

Ruined the Santa suit used by our animal shelter non-profit by turning all the white pink. Owner lied and said it was like that when we brought it despite our pictures showing otherwise. She became very rude when asked to compensate us and only ended up begrudgingly reimbursing the cleaning charge.

I drive over here from Savannah at least once a week to have my dress clothes cleaned. They usually have everything ready the next day. Very pleasant staff that does a great job! They do a superior job to all the cleaners in Savannah!

I dropped off a VERY expensive bag to get cleaned. I paid $54 to have my bag returned to me 2 weeks late. Still super dirty with some of the stitching ripped or cut. Not sure how that happened. Would not recommend this place.

Impressed with this dry cleaner! I brought a down comforter in that a different dry cleaner completely ruined with big yellow stains all over it. We’ve been using a duvet cover, and I didn’t think it would ever be pure white again. I’ve taken it to another dry cleaner since, and when I brought it to Richmond Hill’s Best Dry Cleaners I honestly wasn’t expecting the old stains to be removed, but they are! It was a bit expensive, but completely worth it! Fast turn around as well, would definitely recommend!
