The Worst experience for my mom ! WOULDNT TRUST THEM WITH ANY OF MY NEW CLOTHING NOR A PIECE IF CLOTH . We will be reporting them to the BBB . They will never get any of our family money again. SCAMMING THEIR CUSTOMERS REAL BAD .
Per my mom :
Just picked up my dry clothes which consist a white pants suit and a yellow dress. My suit and dress was new when I took it to them. My white suit looked dirty and my dress was wrinkle. I was told that I had to pay to have them redone. I don't think they dry cleaned it the first time. I will not be returning to this cleaners. the charge you to dry clean your clothes and just put it on a hanger and give it back to you not dry clean at all. Sad people getting over on others to make a dollar.

Don't trust this place. They lost my suit pants. They could care less. Asked for my jacket to match pants and I never got either back. They offered 2 free cleanings Luke I would trust them again. Beware.

They appear more than accommodating. I dropped off in Pooler with Brittany who was very nice and picked up in Richmond Hill the following day only to find my suit was not clean. If you want nothing more than your items put in a bag this place is for you. Absolutely pitiful. You would be better off spit cleaning the stains with a tooth brush than employing their services.

The absolute worse dry cleaners I've ever been too. Just went in to pick my wedding dress up and threads are hanging on one side and completely gone on the other side.There are stains all over and oil stains on the back. The owner was very rude and nasty and never once apologized. I will never support this business again. Now I have to spend more money to fix their mess up but I will be filing a civil suit against them because this is totally unacceptable.

Braught my riding jacket in after an accedent with a deer. They said they could get it cleaned up no problem. 50 dollars and a month and a half later. After it was said to take one in a half to two weeks. They barely nocked the fur off and left dried crud all over it!!!!! Absolutely would not use this place againService: Leather & suede cleaning

This place has the worst customer service. They destroyed my wedding dress a week before my wedding. The manager did not care and had absolutely no remorse. This is by far the worst customer service I ever experienced

Came through in a clutch. Live in Savannah, my son needed his JROTC uniform on Wednesday morning... It's after 3 on a Monday. And needed Wednesday morning. Nobody around could have it ready. And they stay open until 7 after some traffic slows down. Thank you!!

Took 8 pairs of brand new never worn pants and shirt to be dried clean got clothes back in 5 separate bags one of the bags said 3 pants and one shirt when I checked the bag it only had 2 pants and one shirt contacted the cleaners they called back and said it's not there fault the camera shows 3 pants going into the bag but I can't see the camera so if you have proof why can't I see the proof so disappointed in this cleaners will not use again word of advice check your items before you leave they do not own up to anything. I know we all are human just admit you made the mistake and make it right.
