Most comfortable bed ever! Great service, clean room. Great restaurant next door that has games, pool table, dartboard game. Breakfast and weigh room too!

Refurbished rooms. No carpet. New TV, bed, and chair. Great value. A/C - heater worked perfect. Will stay here again when in area.

We stayed 12/30-31. Our room had stains on the wall, and holes in the comforter. Beds werent comfortable. When we went to get breakfast they only offered cereal, oatmeal and waffles. They were out of Waffles mix. We came at 8am to eat. Wont stay here

No cats allowed, except for the one on property, apparently ;)Good enough for some sleep before another day of driving. Had some updates, and seemed clean enough (if you didn’t think about it too much).Free breakfast was meh. Nothing special.The price online was better than in-person. So we booked online.

Stayed 1 night during travel to Orlando. Good for making kids run around and making them tired. They have sand (volleyball) and a public park nearby. Good pizza at restaurant inside premises. Rooms are bad but good when you look from lens of what you pay. Breakfast is minimal.Rooms: Old and restoredNearby activities: Park nearbySafety: Safe locationFood & drinks: Good In-house restaurant. Minimal Breakfast.

Not bad, sheets were clean. Could clearly hear the highway. Room seems to have been recently redone. Had an accessible room however there was no rail near edge of tub to get in and out . If you can't step into a tub, this won't work for you. Breakfast was simple.

We stayed in Richmond Hill, GA last evening. This was the most disgusting room (163) we have ever had. It was dirty and the air smelled so bad of mold and urine that it actually made our nostrils sting. We both woke up with congestion and burning throats. There was water puddles near the window I don't know if there is a leak but that room should not be allowed to be rented out until the issues are addressed. We have used Quality Inn in the past but in the future I will have to personally inspect before committing. $80.60 is highway robbery for such a room.

Quality Inn, Richmond Hill is "QUALITY" indeed. The best budget hotel I've stayed in. The management is clearly conscientious & staff are courteous & efficient. The rooms are clean and well maintained & the grounds exhibit the same care. There is some noise from I-95 on the proprety's east side. Most guests were either blue collar guys or budget travellers like myself, that is, quiet & respectful. The price is VERY reasonable. Value for money here.The USA is known for poor quality roadside hotels but Quality Inn in Richmond Hill is certainly an exception, where inn keeping pride is still alive & well and it shows!Thanks for a GREAT stay

Rooms need a deep cleaning. Breakfast had no bread or muffins, just waffles, yogurt and cereal plus coffee and juice. Pool looks nice. Ping pong was a nice touch. Restaurant attached had decent food.

Not bad at all for a good night's sleep! At check in the gentleman was very kind and helpful. Check in was a breeze. The air was very cold and the bed was comfy I would recommend to stay here for sure!

Great staff, great service, great cookies, reasonably nice rooms, great on location restaurant, great breakfast. Looks rough from the road but was excellent for a 1 nighter.

Room was run down, not the cleanest. Plus side is the beds are super comfortable and the pool was nice. The breakfast offered is a joke.

They have a friendly staff. The guy behind the counter is cool with my boyfriend. As far as the rooms, well...they could do better. I mean, this hotel has the money to get a REMODEL....SO DO IT! ? I stay here when I need something quick and cheap and I'm talking like 1 night, MAYBE 2 @ a time ??♀️ I'm all about the clean, and they could do better. A REMODEL would change all of that though, oh and HOUSE KEEPERS, TAKE MORE TIME IN THE BATHROOMS, PLEASE! ??? Anyway it's not all bad, it's peaceful, and the beds are comfortable. I make it work just because I'm with the one I love buuuut....?.....??♀️
