The fruits and vegetables are fresh and neatly displayed, and the grilled chicken and sandwiches are so delicious that there is always a line. You can reduce waiting time by ordering in advance and picking it up.

I love going to Richmond Hill Publix. Today was a sour note day. Whoever the gentleman (I say very loosely) that was in the seafood dept. He was very rude to me, my mom and my dad with my daughter. We all went to the seafood counter separately. Each one of us said same thing. What is wrong with the seafood guy. I couldn't find a manager to report him. You can rude to me but not to my parents and daughter. Now I'm thinking of finding a different place to shop for my seafood.

I came in to the bakery and needed help on a design for a cake. Melissa and Katie immediately came around the counter and assisted me, answered all my questions. I was a Lil stressed trying to find the right cake. They were so polite and kind to me. I really appreciated there service. And the cake was sooooo good. Thank you

I overall love this publix and any publix but today my baby's heart got broken. We normally come to publix and he walks in and ask for his cookie. Most of the time the cookie display that publix has for free cookie for kids is empty but we get there and the ladies get the cookie from the back and for him that is priceless. We'll today when I ask for his cookie the lady pointed a the display like hello there is no cookies there so why are u asking, I said oh normally when this is empty you guys get it from the back and she was like no we are out... well my baby started crying but literally crying. Hey not a big deal I can buy him 30 cookies but he wanted his regular cookie he always so happy to get. So to the lady that took care of us today Great job. Your customer service showed very well there.

Was loving our switch to Publix. Although tonight we bought chicken breast's for blackened chicken cesear salads. The chicken was 3 different colors, an was literally pulling apart in STRINGS!!! So I think I'll go to a butcher with trusted meat an poultry selections.

Myself and my daughter went into Publix in Richmond Hill/Plantation to pick up a few things and get my WIC items. I was told by someone in management that Publix does not honor BOGO if you are getting WIC. I asked to speak to someone in management was told I could speak to the meat market manager. I love Publix, I will drive from Midway to Richmond Hill to grocery shop. But I was definitely disappointed by this.

Love this store. The Bakery makes some absolutely delicious treats. The deli is fantastic. They offer a wider selection of food compared to other stores in the area. I think that their prices are on the high side. Overall a good shopping experience.
