I was so impressed with the level of customer service I received from every member of the Allied team who helped me with my move! David and Demetrice were so helpful with the estimate and answering all my questions about what to expect during the move (and believe me I had a LOT of questions). Demetrice in particular was very patient and professional and always available by phone and email in the lead up to the load day. Jesus was the main mover that was there for the load and unload. He was also very professional and friendly. THEN both during and after the move, Demetrice reached out to check in to see if there were any new questions or issues! WOW wow wow.
