“They had my SIM card finnaly i can get back my number they lost 9 days ago they don’t like u to leave that’s for sure I switch to mint mobile 15$ a month on T-Mobile towers. Att t u get no coverage in mountains and service is bad Verizon and T-Mobile has the best coverage and cheaper prices”
“I would like to first start out saying that I found the most amazing Verizon representative at the Berwick location and her name is Nautica just like the brand… We had a two day fiasco from the Richmond Hill, location where we were misinformed and misled on how to do a phone transfer that should’ve taken no more than an hour but turn into two days …. Nautica was able to resolve our issue same day and send us home with a working phone and performed a proper trade-in. If you need things done right when you’re upgrading your phone I recommend seeing Nautica. She is kind, nice, friendly, and knows her stuff.”

“They both help me solve my problem I had logged up my phone didn't know what to do and they are both miracle workers and I'm just completely pleased with what they did and it didn't take less than a half hour and it was a lot of stuff they had to do and they did it thank you very much”
