I cannot recommend them highly enough! I’ve always picked up cheap workout shoes, usually from the outlets. But I’ve been walking and running a lot more recently, and my feet were feeling it ??
I decided to give Georgia Game Changers a try this morning. As soon as I walked in, I was impressed with the selection they had available. Carlee greeted me and offered to measure my feet for size, girth, pressure points, etc. She then made several recommendations based on my data and brought them out for me to try. She observed my gait and offered that they did have special fits available if you happened to pronate (overrotate) your feet. However, I didn’t need them based on what she saw.
Once I picked a shoe, she then let me pick from probably 7 different color options that they had available. She helped me check out and I was surprised that the price was lower than what I had been expecting! Overall a fantastic experience and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a great pair of shoes and great customer service, regardless of your fitness level.
Bottom line—well worth a visit and you can see for yourself! But as someone who typically does everything I can to avoid customer service interactions, I could not have been more impressed and grateful for their expertise!!

Great service, selection, and the only place to get running shoes & attire in Richmond Hill. It's been the only place I've bought running shoes over the last 2 years. Bonus is they put on regular running events and gatherings for the community. 10/10 recommend

Needed a pair of high-quality shoes fast. Kevin and Zach were great when digitally sizing my feet and getting me a pair of running /walking shoes that fit my style and budget. Found excellent athletic shoes in the clearance rack around $80-$100 and full price shoes from $120 and up. I left super happy.

I drove to Columbia and Dicks sports to look for a hiking she's. There was absolutely nothing what I was after. Then I looked up on Apple Maps and this store Georgia Game Changers popped up as a running shoe store so there I went. Walked in and and was greeted by Kevin and staff immediately. Kevin asked if he could help. He took the time to explain and chat with me about my needs. I had a chance to try few and pick the one I was happy with. We had a good chat a about different brands and where the show development is headed. It was a great customer to seller experience. Would highly recommend and check out this store first for any of your running/hiking/casual shoes needs.

Eric was amazing! He even looked up the specs of the current shoe I was wearing and found one that had more support. My feet have not hurt after hours of wearing them and running around on the courts. Total “Game Changer”!!!!

Game Changers is a great store to come in and get the attention you deserve for your feet. All day every day we are on our feet so finding a shoe that can assist you and help your body feel better is always good! If you are looking for a good shoe at least go in and get your feet scanned so you can see what type of shoe you need there machine is very accurate in telling your arch, which side your favoring and all that it also recommends shoes that would suit you! Definitely a good experience and will be shopping here anytime I need running, walking, or hiking shoes.
