My experience with Fairway was great, thanks to Hannah Cooper my loan officer. She is very knowledgeable and great at what she does, Hannah was on point and walked me through difficult parts I didn’t understand. I definitely recommend Hannah Cooper at Fairway.

I was a first time home buyer, I probably had many silly questions but Beth and her team were extremely helpful. They answered every question I had. They were in constant contact with me via email and phone calls, walked me through every step, and made sure I knew everything I needed to have a successful and timely closing. There were no surprises. I cannot recommend them enough and as long as her and her team are in the business, me and my family will not be using any other mortgage broker other than her. 10/10

My husband and I moved to Savannah and quickly found the home of our dreams. Unfortunately, the home had been part of an estate and the will had not been probated. The seller was in another state, and we were also jumping through hoops for a VA loan. Even through all of that, David James stayed with us, providing guidance and solutions to every issue that arose. Thanks to his years of experience and his kindness we are now living in the home of our dreams in the city we love!
