I came on the final day to file my income tax last year to hopefully file my income tax on time. They had no idea if it was ready or not. I had to insist that they get it ready to file. Very unprofessional, Avoid.

Held tax paperwork for OVER 3 months and literally did NOTHING despite continued communication and check ins from my husband and I. Now, because of them, we have missed deadlines and reimbursements. Wish I could give zero stars.

We’ve entrusted the Donaldsons with our tax returns the past 2 years, this year will be the third. They have been great!! Very knowledgeable and just very easy going.
